On March 29th this Batteries Plus store "replaced" the apparently dead screen of my Iphone for $217. However, on August 22nd the QuickFix store in N. May Ave. replaced once more the screen for $140, and even more disturbing, they reported that the phone still had the original screen with the manufacturer seal. Disgusting. read more

They give 10% discount to government employees. I went in there expecting pretty expensive batteries and bulbs. I wouldn't say that is far from the truth, but the beauty is that you are in and out in a jiffy. When I got there I was the only customer and I got to park right in front. Being fat, lazy and happy, this is always welcoming. I needed a battery for my garage door opener, which of course they had. I got a twin pack for $4.99. The convenience makes it worth it, by itself. I mentioned that the garage door opener works off and on, so they checked it using an voltmeter. It read over 12Volts, so apparently the battery was good. They cleaned off the terminals on the casing and added anti-corrosion spray, without me asking them. And for free How awesome is that? I have been here several times and always had great service. read more

I purchased couple of batteries few month back for my son 4 wheeler one of them went bad so i went yesterday since they had a year warranty and i tried charging it and would not take a charge so short story the sales person there was rude and raising her voice and would not want to honor my warranty told me that she would do it this time but would put a note not to do it again ! I spent $330 plus on a car battery 5 months ago, i got the 4 year warranty and they don't honor they warranty, I took the battery back just to get a new one they said it was too low, if it doesnt charge up to 10 amps they wont exchange it. I wouldnt recomend anyone buy a car battery from there. read more

Horrible! Key fob battery only lasted a few months. Took it back, they checked and said almost dead but would not give me another even with receipt. Said they were not warrantied. When I told him I was disappointed that they didn't back up their products. He said "just be disappointed" read more

My daughter needed a new programmable key for her 06 Honda Accord. Upon initial calling and speaking with "Brian" my husband told me to go somewhere else. I had him on speaker phone, he was vague, talked down and seemed very irritated when I asked for his name "Anyone here can help you, You don't need my name". Two days later I order they key online @ 2:15pm, knowing it is available and in stock, after waiting over two hours, I call the store and explain, "Haven't rec'd an email but been waiting". Brian says, "Yup, it's ready" (approx 4:30pm) I tell him we are on our way, He says, "I'm leaving so someone else can help you" (ok, that's twice he's made it clear he probably doesn't want to help me). We drive to store where an employee smarts off, "It's ready and we SENT you an email". I'm looking at my email and BAM, there it is 4:45pm. Employee gets angry because I expressed our frustration starting with Brian, employee WALKS away into back room and sends Manager out to help us telling manager we are "IRATE CUSTOMERS". This is so sad. The manager was so nice, he made our "sidewinder" key and programmed it to my daughters car... if you expect good customer service, ask for GLENN and please don't let the younger, rude millennials run you off. They beat Tech Lock by about $35+!!!!!!! read more

Purchase new key fob at Okc store on May was purchased online and was to pick up and get programmed, the clerk helping me was unable to program. He asked his superior for help who said if he could not program no one could. offered refund that was less than what I paid, showed him the invoice but no results went to ACE Hardware pur new fob $20. less with great service read more

Stopped in yesterday to get new batteries for two of my key fobs. We were in and out quickly and I have no problem with their pricing. I don't need customer service for me personally. But I was very put off at how a woman in the store treated an elderly customer. The sweet man didn't hear extremely well and the employee kept turning her back to him while giving pricing. He actually told her to put one set of batteries back as they were more pricey than he realized. She rang up two sets anyway. When he asked her to correct the order she acted put out. He was so stinkin sweet and she was just not nice. In fact none of the three employees were overly friendly at all. I don't care how they treated me. But you don't treat elderly people like that. This has bothered me enough to leave feedback. read more

Needed a new battery for my laptop. Best Buy does not carry them and could not order one even though I bought the computer from them. They said I would have to order one myself! Went to Batteries Plus and they had one in stock. From the time I walked in, they replaced the battery, I paid for it and walked out was a total of FIVE MINUTES! Plus they were extremely nice and professional. I will go here in the future for any batteries I may need. I highly recommend this company. read more
