This place is a joke. Everything in this store is much cheaper on Amazon. But more importantly, the service here at this store is the worst. I've been shopping here for years for the convenience but never again. The store manager is the worst. Incredibly rude, i can't finish a sentence without him talking over me. I've noticed how rude this person "lane" is and try to dismiss it, but today was too much. I tried to park in there parking spot but the employee at the vehicle in the spot next to it had the driver's side door open and looked at me, snickered and walked away with the door open. He came back but stood in the open doorway. Looking at me laughing. When i tried to tell the manager, he yelled at me immediately. I will never spend my money here again. I went to Batteries + Bulbs for a replacement battery pack for my alarm system. The salesman was knowledgeable. He told me that they did not have the battery pack preassembled , would not have the components for 2 more days, would need 2-3 days to build the battery pack and it would cost me $39.00. I found the same battery pack on Amazon Prime for $17.00. We'll consider using them for those odd/hard to find/specialty items that justify the hefty price tag but head to Walmart, HEB or online for more common batteries. read more

I actually didn't come here for any batteries. I made an appointment to get my iPhone fixed! What a genius idea. Gets the traffic to come in and do some spontaneous purchases. Back to the iPhone repair. I dropped my iPhone one too many times and the single crack became a shattered screen. Looking around on-line, they were comparable in costs to the others but I got an on-line coupon for scheduling it which made it worth while. The sad state of modern times is that the person helping me went over a ton of disclosures, signatures, etc. I figure it's not fly by night, so if something happens, it was beyond their repair. She checked to see how badly knocked around my phone was also. I thought it was to upsell but really only to explain to me that if it gets dinged or bent too much the glass sometimes doesn't stay secure. Seemed reasonable. I'm sure someone was upset afterwards and now they go through the process so I was aware beforehand. She then checked a lot of functions to make sure what shape it was in beforehand is what it would be afterwards. Again, I get the liability. What keeps them from five stars was because this part was the uneasy part. Who reading this isn't super private about their phone? Worse than my mom's purse. She asked my PIN to access it but then typed it into the computer. I don't trust anyone's system since everyone is proven that they lose my data. Why not just write it down on my ticket. Then she asked me to thumb swipe the password at a setting that she didn't clearly explain. I was very anxious at that point that I'd freed up some sort of administrative capability. She should have explained this better or I should have asked. Then I was told it would be ready later that afternoon. On-line it said 45 minutes. I thought I would drop it off, have lunch and come back. Nope. I had to wait until after work. Keep that in mind when you come by. The important part is that it was done perfectly. She said it had some challenges but I knew she would do a great job - and she did! The phone is flawless, looks much better than that one crack (let alone the shattered screen), and it is SOLID. I would definitely go here again. I'd just plan on leaving it and ask what each password/thumb swipe would be for. read more

I looked around, saw that this place had good reviews, & was closer than any other place, with comparable prices. Plus if I scheduled online I got $10 off! The place was nice & clean, the gentlemen who helped me out, Harry Castro, was super nice & informative. He told me it would be about 45 min, so I decided to hang out in my car watching Netflix. Time was up & I was excited to see my phone. I don't know how they did it, but the screen looks EVEN BETTER than before!!!! I got a screen protector to go along, & everything is covered with a guarantee! Not only are these people screen saving gods, my car battery died while I was out waiting & Mr. Castro wheeled out a battery to start it! This place & these people are AMAZING!!!!! read more

Don't ever come here for phone screen repair or honestly anything because the current manager, Lane, has no sense of customer service. I've had to bring my iPhone 11 in three times to have things fixed that they missed or messed up on initially. Now I'm trying to get my money back and just get my old screen put back on to go to reputable place for screen repair and they are telling me it will be a minimum of a three hour wait. I shouldn't have to wait three hours to have my cracked screen put back on, especially when none of this should've happened in the first place. read more

Don't get your phone fixed at this place. They are hacks. Was told that my thumb recognition would not work because Apple had a program that prevented this when the screen is replaced. Had to have eventually have the home buttoned repaired and tech said that they broke the home button when they repaired the phone. Also told me that they failed to replace about half the screws when they repaired the phone. Stick to batteries and stop ruining phones. read more

ok so we went there for garage door opener batteries they had them and so much more as we waited for the batteries to be changed another rep waited on 2 other customers I was AMAZED as to their knowledge of their products we stood around for 30 minutes just listening to how they answered questions for other customers did you know they replace watch batteries for a small fee and for a different $$ amount the batteries are replaced for life one price, WHO KNEW !! they even replace batteries you would not think of like drills and tools and riding lawn mowers so if you need any battery at all check these guys out you will not be disappointed !!!!!! Bravo Zulu goes out to Rob and Jerry for their excellent customer service. What stood out to me is that as soon as I got there, he opened the door knowing I was struggling to carry my truck battery. I have back problems and that made it much easier for me. He got me into a battery that had a mail-in rebate and applied military discount as well. Jerry tested my alternator for free to ensure it was properly charging. Thus, putting my mind at peace to know that all I really needed was a new battery and nothing else.
