I appreciated that my order was filled within an hour, and I could pick up my items on my way home from work. Overall, it seemed like any other Office Depot/Max. It's a smaller store than I am used to, so I'm not sure if they can keep the same amount of inventory as other locations. The store was clean, well-lit, and I was able to get in and out quickly. The downside for me is that the binder I ordered was damaged in the corners. I noticed this while I was still at the store, so I went to check out if I could replace it with another one. Unfortunately, the entire shelf of this particular binder were all damaged in the same place. I'm not sure if this was a design flaw in the product or if it was a packaging issue. Either way, I grabbed the one with the least noticeable damage and was able to effortlessly exchange it for the one I had been originally given. I would return here in the future.
