The thing sat for a month and nothing was done because they "couldn't get around to it" and the laptop "wasn't their priority." I'd hand my device to a Russian Hacker before I'd take my business here. Excuses, excuses. Also, avoid their Asurian home plans they push. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.

    I brought my HP Envy laptop in after having issues with it booting up after a windows update…read morefailed. I spent hours trying to get it to work when I finally gave up and figured I needed to call someone that was more tech savvy. I found these guys as a recommended business through HP's website. They gave a quick diagnosis about noon on Monday and was told at that time it could be up to a week to get it back to me. I was completely okay with it as it was of no use to me in its non-working state. After about 2 hours I received a phone call from them with a more thorough diagnosis walkthrough describing what they'd found to be the issue, what they would like to do to fix it and what I wanted backed up and saved. They were able to backup all the files I requested and reinstall an uncorrupted Windows 10 on my laptop. They later called me that same evening about 6:30pm informing me that they think they had everything ready to go and I could pick it up before 7pm when they closed or Tuesday anytime after 10am. I went in today to pick it up and they had an issue getting the laptop to let them login using the password I gave them for the login that hasn't been changed. I likely had a virus that did something to the password. The guy that was working with me today was not the individual that fixed the laptop yesterday evening, but he was able to work around my login and password issue and get that reset for me. I still am so appreciative of the guys that worked on my laptop and the fact that they were able to get it working in less than a day. True lifesavers! Best thing is that I was quoted $29.99 for the fix and my laptop is working how it was before the issue Sunday! Took less than a day to fix and at an excellent price! Thanks guys!

    I stopped into Staples today to take advantage of their Amazon return center…read more The location is tucked right in between to very popular home maintenance stores. The parking is well marked and convenient for access to their store without fighting with the surrounding areas. The toughest part is getting into or out of the shopping center! The outside is clean and well maintained and the automatic doors make it easy to walk in or out with merchandise. They not only have Amazon but also have a fed ex and ups counter, so they offer many other conveniences. Another great thing they offer is electronics recycling. So if you have old phones, computers, printers, etc. they have a free drop off service for you here. The floor is well marked taking you straight to the return counter. Where today Sam was extremely helpful and courteous! It only took a second to scan my return and get a receipt.with the printing of the receipt they offer you a coupon towards a purchase of any item from their store. My coupon today was worth 20% and is good for a few days.

Well, I had it on a recent Friday evening, and Staples solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and cost-effectively. I am grateful to staff member Heather, who discussed the project with me and then offered a fix that made sense for both sides. She was able to get to the root of the issue without delay, and I hit the deadline without an issue.
