The texture tells you everything. They're running proper equipment and not cutting corners. The swirl holds just long enough, then starts to collapse under its own weight, especially once you start loading it with toppings. The shop itself leans hard into Keys vacation energy; bright colors, clean, a little over the top. Not trying to be minimalist or trendy. Just unapologetically cheerful. And then there's the logo. Let's just say: ice cream piled into an open conch shell is... a choice. One that feels like it's perpetually one comment away from becoming a full-blown Facebook debate.
