Then with no pressure whatsoever, gave me the time to go back through my options and find my perfect piece of Quartz. I've been told I tend to think things to death, so this was much appreciated. I made my selection and was scheduled for demolition and on-site measurements early the next week. Johnathan (demolition) and Daniel (measurements) arrived as scheduled on consecutive days. Both went off without a hitch. A few days later I received a text with photos of my slab layout for approval, immediately followed by a phone call from Joey who went over the project in detail. No issues. Fabrication was completed and installation was scheduled for early the following week. Tuesday to be exact. I was elated as this was exactly two weeks from the day I walked into the store. Jose and Mauricio arrive in the morning and finished the installation and clean-up before noon. I absolutely love my new double vanity countertop with the undermount sinks. I had to stop admiring it long enough to write this review. :-) From start to finish (Leanna), everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and committed to their piece of the puzzle. This last experience gives you even more insight into their company. On installation day one of the pre-fabbed pieces wasn't right, so they took it back to the shop, and came out to re-install the next day. When I got a chance to really look at the piece, I wasn't thrilled. I waited a couple days to make sure about whether I wanted to pursue asking them to fix it. I called about 5 days later, and they responded immediately; validating my opinion that this one little corner wasn't great, and offering to fix it straight away. They were out the next day, pulled the counter top, took it to the shop, and reinstalled a couple hours later. And I'm thrilled.
