Rather than taking accountability for serving poor-quality food on dirty dinnerware, the manager hid behind rigid policy. They refused to offer a refund or an adjustment because the meal was partially eaten.Eating half a meal to see if it gets any better isn't an endorsement of quality--it's a customer trying to make the best of a bad dish. Waiting to speak to management privately was a courtesy to the business, not an admission of satisfaction.To make matters worse, I ended up losing over $20 on a meal I only expected to cost around $15 due to unexpected upcharges on the final bill. Paying a premium to eat burnt food in an unsanitary environment while being dismissed by management is unacceptable.I still have my physical receipt to prove my visit.
