I came here today with my coworkers and it was the first time any of us have been here. I got a bubble bath (the jellygel) and honestly I'm so happy I stopped in. Lisa was so nice and patient with us as we sniffed everything and looked around the shop. I now have a new obsession to ask my boyfriend to buy me for holidays/birthdays lol. The best part? They're eco-friendly. They'll take back clean containers and either recycle or reuse them which is important to me as I prefer to not use single-use plastics. read more

I am a bath junkie and have been to several different locations of Bath Junkie over the years. There's an employee (possibly owner) of this particular store that just turns me off of shopping this location all together. She's an older woman and very cold. The products are great and the displays are beautiful. However, my husband and I both have encountered this woman in recent months and it's just enough to make me go elsewhere. I'll travel into Houston for future Bath Junkie trips. If you own or manage a store, it's not winning customers over to ignore their questions or snap back with an answer. I've unfortunately never had an enjoyable experience at this location in over five years of shopping. Obviously, others have enjoyed better experiences and I'm pleased for them. Just something that sticks with me when the same person is continually cold year after year. I'd rather take my business somewhere that it's wanted. read more

If you are obsessed with taking a bath and you love bath balls and shower bursts, this place will be heaven for you. I love giving friends bath balls as a gift for birthdays. Who wouldn't love a nice aromatic bath ball as a gift? I saw that they also sell my hair towels here also. I love these hair towels. I have 3!!! One for travel and 2 to switch in between for use at home! They also sell coola brand sunblock here which I just purchased and started using. I love being outside but I'm not trying to get sun cancer. This brand is organic and uses plants. I don't know if it works or anything yet bc it's been overcast Bc tropical storm Cindy is about to come into town. All I know is this sunblock smells delicious!! And hopefully I can try to use my HSA to pay for this delicious sunblock. I'll try in a few weeks and update if they accept my HSA payment for it :) The ladies who works here are very friendly and have offered a hand exfoliation to me every time I've walked in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store and staff! They are the only ones that make the perfume blend I e worn for over 20 years. When I had a scent issue with my latest bottle these wonderful people remade my perfume and rushed it to me. They even included a special gift. I will be ordering again and again and will happily encourage everyone I know to do so as well. read more

My daughter had her 11th birthday party here and she loved it!! All of her friends had a great time! This is the perfect idea for those girly girls and if you're looking for something other than the usual party play place. The party hostesses were awesome! Payton and Jenna were fantastic at keeping the girls excited and intrigued during the entire process of making their custom bath items. I especially liked the fact that there weren't other parties or customers in the store which allowed all the focus and attention to be on the birthday girl and her guests. Confession: My name is Michelle, and I'm a bath junkie! I'm obsessed with everything bath related, from bath fizzies to scrubs. Did you say bath salts? Gimme, gimme, gimme more! The beauty of Bath Junkie is that you get to customize your fragrances. I went WILD today customizing my own body spritz and lotion with the large assortment of fragrances available. The store has a double sided fragrance bar with stools and coffee beans galore so you can explore the different combinations you can concoct. The fragrances are arranged in color coded sample vials that correspond to one of the specific categories: citrus, botanicals, different strokes, florals, fruits, men's, rains and musks, spices, and wannabes. Although you can mix as many fragrances as you want, they recommend that you don't mix more than 5 for the best results. The ladies were super helpful and patient with me while I explored my options. Once you figure out your perfect smell, you then choose the size of the product you want to customize. You can customize lotions, body sprays, deodorants, scrubs, body washes, hair products, and more. They even have a line for your fur baby! The prices are not too shabby either. They are slightly higher than your typical chains like Bath and Body Works, but you're paying for the experience and for the ability to walk away with a quality product that smells like you intended! read more

These folks are class-acts! I recently had a customer service matter that BJ decided that the positive outcome for the Customer was their prime concern. Let me clear here: the issue had nothing to do with their fantastic products; rather it was a personal issue. But these folks took care of the matter expeditiously and to the Customer's satisfaction. Relatively small companies like these still remember what it's like to engage and build relations with their customers. These are the types of businesses you should come back to! Overpriced, the sales women will bug you continuously to try to sell to you. Since I have worked in retail, I know that the company makes them do this but its annoying at best.
