Chrome yellow eyeshadow was out and I was in dire need of it for a wedding. The manager was lucky to locate one for me and keep it on hold. I didn't run into any issues with the staff. Customer service is good.

Was hesitant looking for a new salon since I relocated (you know how that goes!) I read a few…read morepositive reviews about Best Nails & thought I'd give them a try since they were in my area. I first called as soon as I got off of work on a Friday around 545 (they closed at 7). I believe Anne answered the phone and I asked if anyone was available for a manicure and pedicure, she said sure! and told me to come right on in. I was worried they'd be super busy, I mean a nail salon on a Friday evening?! Ha! I was lucky. I arrive a few minutes later and the shop is located in a nice plaza with other shops and restaurants. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Anne. They asked me to pick my colors and directed me to a pedicure chair, which I was ELATED to see they use the plastic covers on their pedicure whirlpools. Not sure if that's a state board requirement now, BUT it's a must for me. They offered me something to drink, water, soda, or wine. Mr Justin immediately started on my manicure while I was receiving my pedicure. The pedicure was great! In addition to the basics, they do a leg mask, scrub, hot stones, AND massage! I paid $5 extra for the hot paraffin wax. Mr Justin conversed with me most of the time which was nice : ) then Ms. Anne came to polish. She did a great job and she's very nice also. I was recently TRAUMATIZED while traveling to Atlanta and received a terrible manicure and pedicure so I was pleased to come back home to Texas and NOT be disappointed. After polishing, Mr Justin came back over and gave a great massage to my hands & arms with lotion! Afterwards, I paid and was pleasantly surprised they didn't charge me through the roof for their services. The price was very reasonable, the types of prices that you're happy to tip generously and not so expensive that you're like 'dang I can't even afford to tip!...bye!' Lol I'd definitely go back to Best Nails!

No one greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything. But I will say that the desk associate that checked me out was very sweet. She actually smiled and was very warm. Now the other desk associate that checked out my sister was VERY rude! No smile at all and she was very short. She acted as if she HATED her job. People like that should NOT be working retail. Why would ANYONE ever want to go back when they are treated so unkindly?! Like I said in my previous review, these retail workers need to get over themselves. They aren't better than me or anyone else. Thank you to the nice young lady at the middle register today. She was pleasant. Her colleagues need to take lessons from her. I doubt my sister will ever want to go back because of how she was treated. Too bad because they have some great deals. It's funny to me that the ladies at the Kate Spade store were MUCH friendlier and upbeat. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Imagine that!

I also heard that some clients are offered drinks but we didn't get anything. So while our pedis were being done, another person was responsible for doing our manis with our hands placed on a pillow.
