You do lose water pressure when you put these things in. They kill you on maintenance AHD, & they will lie to you and tell you they have a lifetime carbon right to your face. They have activated carbon. It's good for about 2 1/2 years on their in and out non-back wash and carbon. They get $1500 to re-bed the carbon. If you ignore replacing the carving, the chlorine will destroy the softener. You're stuck with their maintenance they love making money on the service department. You can buy a back washing carbon, but it's twice the price of the In-N-Out because it's only gonna double the life of your carbon. If you're on city water, you have to handle the chlorine what I'm finding out. Chlorine voids the warranty on softeners Not to mention their reverse osmosis, they charge $480 for two filters every 12 to 18 months. Because they love having the technician come out and pop them in for you. And they charge you trip charge parts labor gas the filters should only cost you about $60-$80 apiece, but they kill you again in the service department. If you don't mind throwing $100 a month away just in service then this is the machine for you. The only problem is you're gonna lose water pressure. Waste of time and money and you're looking at anywhere from $12,000-$16,000. Good luck

You can also sign up to receive emails and to keep up to date on specials they may have. Just a note, for now, picking up and dropping off is all done curbside. (Which is fine) Then they come out and take your pet inside, but you can't go in with them. She gets her DHPP vaccine and it's $47 and no exam. So she apparently wasn't on the schedule for the exam I asked for and I get charged an absolutely outrageous amount for a vaccine. The same vaccine is $27 at Greenbrier. That's $20 less! I'm actually glad I didn't get an exam because I wouldn't have been able to go in and even see it anyway. Plus who knows how much that would have cost if the vaccine was $47! Won't be returning.

Don't take on customers and raise your prices only to provide not only mediocre services, or sometimes not even what you paid for!! I recently had 4 bad experiences in consecutive visits 3 on the grooming side and 1 on the vet side. On the vet side I was told my dog had Lyme disease and needed medication to take care of it. The vet never called in the script until I had to call several times. The spa side has been horrible. Not only have they raised prices, but the quality and service don't even justify half of what they are charging. 2 times nails haven't been clipped and on the last visit, I pay extra for the furminator/deshedding procedure and it was not completed or satisfactory. When I called to get a refund as I am tired of no consequences, they basically blew me off when I spoke to the manger. I was given a bunch of bs excuses (lies) and nothing to remedy the situation. I have asked for the owner or the head person in charge to call me to discuss and nothing. I have posted several times on their social media pages only to have them delete the comments. I will not go away until a satisfactory resolve is obtained. You FAFO with this last screw up. My goal is to post regularly until they do the right thing. I would find better places with proper management and ethics to spend your money.
