They scheduled my install during a holiday weekend without verifying crews plans, causing a delay of 4 days. I wasn't going to ask a crew to miss Fathers day to work on my house. Then, they pulled Spencer from my home mid install to go fix a problem almost 2 hours away, extending my install an additional day. I only have the one shower in my home. I'm not sure how they did it, but her ears looked amazing, her nails were ground down, and she was so unbelievably soft. I seriously just don't know how they do it! Their prices are comparable to PetSmart, so it is worth it to support my local small business. Especially with these uncertain days of late. You can also sign up to receive emails and to keep up to date on specials they may have. Just a note, for now, picking up and dropping off is all done curbside. An invoice is also emailed to you, and you pay and tip online. We have found our sweet puppy's groomer!

The front desk staff were efficient. The pricing here is very different from what I've experienced in any other state. (I've lived in 7 and my dog has lived in 4). This is the only place to charge for bringing him in and every other service is added on. So, $65 to bring him in, $80 for the exam, + any meds that could be needed. Also, upselling is aggressive here so beware. The vet seems knowledgeable. Overall not a bad experience, just costly each time I've been.

(Which is fine) Then they come out and take your pet inside, but you can't go in with them. She gets her DHPP vaccine and it's $47 and no exam. So she apparently wasn't on the schedule for the exam I asked for and I get charged an absolutely outrageous amount for a vaccine. The same vaccine is $27 at Greenbrier. That's $20 less! I'm actually glad I didn't get an exam because I wouldn't have been able to go in and even see it anyway. Plus who knows how much that would have cost if the vaccine was $47! Won't be returning.

Don't take on customers and raise your prices only to provide not only mediocre services, or sometimes not even what you paid for!! I recently had 4 bad experiences in consecutive visits 3 on the grooming side and 1 on the vet side. On the vet side I was told my dog had Lyme disease and needed medication to take care of it. The vet never called in the script until I had to call several times. The spa side has been horrible. Not only have they raised prices, but the quality and service don't even justify half of what they are charging. 2 times nails haven't been clipped and on the last visit, I pay extra for the furminator/deshedding procedure and it was not completed or satisfactory. When I called to get a refund as I am tired of no consequences, they basically blew me off when I spoke to the manger. I was given a bunch of bs excuses (lies) and nothing to remedy the situation. I have asked for the owner or the head person in charge to call me to discuss and nothing. I have posted several times on their social media pages only to have them delete the comments. I will not go away until a satisfactory resolve is obtained. You FAFO with this last screw up. My goal is to post regularly until they do the right thing. I would find better places with proper management and ethics to spend your money.

I had strictly said rounded face, and we got choppy snout. She also didn't smell like a fresh groom either. I really don't know what they spent their time doing with her but it wasn't a groom. Do not get your dog groomed there. Nicest vets and great staff otherwise.
