The experience I had with Bath Bark and Beyond was above and beyond. My cat Jenna was completely matted. They shaved her, gave her a bath and trimmed her nails. She looks adorable. I can't say enough. I would recommend 100 percent. read more

Did a GREAT job on our 2 dogs. The dogs are 120 pounds and 90 pounds. They had NO problem controlling them. Both dogs, and us too, could not be happier. I would highly recommend them. read more

Great grooming, Professional and stress free love this company and I highly recommend them .

Andrea Massa is heartless and is running a puppy mill from her home. After we paid a deposit ($1000) we asked routine questions about the health and living conditions of the puppy and she refused to answer, refused to send photos and gave us the wrong vet information to hide who actually delivered and performed a health check. She misled us for months during which time we spent 100s of dollars purchasing puppy supplies, not to mention we got emotionally invested and excited only for her to tell us the night before the pickup date that she changed her mind. Hoping that she would relent and out of fear and safety for the puppy, per our contract, the next day we drove several hours and when we arrived she shouted obscenities at us and refused to return our deposit or give us the puppy. We had to call the police in order to resolve. I would not trust her at all and certainly not with a living animal for purchasing or grooming. BUYER BEWARE read more

Writing another review for Andrea. We just picked up our 2nd Frenchie from her. After nearly 7 years of friendship, we decided that it was time to get Luciano a brother. Our puppy is adorable, sweet, and a curious little clown, just like our first one. He is adjusting so nicely and fits right into our home. We look forward to having these 2 become great pals, thanks to Drea. I've recommended 3 people to her that all bought frenchies as well and they are extremely happy, with beautiful loving frenchies. She's not just our dog breeder, but our friend who has always been there for us if we needed her opinion or input on anything. Wouldn't get a frenchie from anyone but her! Thank you Drea... we love our boys!!! By the way/ make sure you read the hidden reviews... they are all good... not sure why they don't come up. read more

We just purchased our second Frenchie from Andrea. She is by far the best breeder. She truly cares and loves her puppies and wants to match them with perfect forever homes. We loved our first Frenchie so much we couldn't resist getting a second only a few months later. Andrea is amazing with communication. She sent me lots of pictures of my little boy over the 8 weeks. She made picking him up special and continues to reach out to check on him and make sure he is a happy and healthy puppy. Everyone falls in love with my frenchies. They are truly stunning in appearance, loving playful personalities and healthy even the vets have commented on what great breeding. If you want a gorgeous, healthy and loving Frenchie go to Andrea! You will be so happy you did because she is the best. read more

Bath Bark & Beyond - Pet Groomers Near Me

Andrea Massa is a terrible groomer. When I first called her it was unprofessional from the start I specifically asked if she knew how to cut a standard goldendoodle and proceeded to say she bread them which lead me to think she knew what she was doing well clearly not! She shaved my dogs hair down to the skin leaving cuts on her poor skin (she said she had red spots and has NONE still looking for them it was her cutting my dog trying to cover her a$$ SMH), she clearly had no matting and claimed her feet were matted when I physically touch my dogs feet, tail, and face to make sure she is not and never showed me the mats so I know she was lieing and just did not want to bothered with taking the time I'm actually brushing and grooming her, the way she grabbed my dog was totally unloving and Not to mention when I do feel something i immediately comb it out so I know she is full of crap, she does not know how to groom doodles all she knows is "French bulldogs" and had the nerve to ask me what made me get the kind of dog I got, she is a doodle shamer and should never groom doodles, not to mention I rescued both of my mine. She is a typical old Hag of a groomer from upstate NY who doesn't know anything about real dog grooming, she needs to go back to school. Save your $! I could of done a better job myself! read more

So I came on here to leave a review after reaching out to Andrea, the breeder, directly to rave about my experience with our baby girl. She said she was so happy that we were happy and asked if I would leave an official review to which of course, I agreed to with no hesitation. And then I read the reviews that some people left and it made me sad. It's unfortunate that they had bad experiences but it sounds to me that their awful experiences didn't sound much like the breeder's fault TBH. We found Andrea through a recommendation of 2 different friends. One of those friends got her pup 5yrs prior while the other got her little one from the same litter as our fur baby. I cannot even tell you how satisfied we are. In fact, I'm borderline obsessed with our girl! When we got her, she was (and still is ) a Blue Frenchie at 10wks old. She is now 1.5yrs old and just the best, most smartest pup ever! But... in fairness, she is still a Frenchie through and through and if anyone did any research before getting a Frenchie.... they would know that Frenchie's are tough to train because they are naturally stubborn. So for the person who complained about their puppy being aggressive and not socialized at 9wks old, you cannot fault the breeder. You have to train them! And with covid, it's super tough to socialize pups when humans can barely be in contact with other people! That's just the truth of the matter. So my advice to anyone thinking of getting a Frenchie, do your research first. Frenchies, though SUPER adorable, are a very finicky and stubborn breed naturally. They can be super hyper and get the zoomies a lot but when trained and loved properly, they will settle into the best, most lovable dog but still have the zoomies. Lol. And I would definitely go back to Andrea (hopefully soon) for a sibling for our girl. Thanks again, Andrea!!! We love our fur baby so much! Best decision ever! read more

The owners from my understanding for what I was told were hard working ladies who care. But for their staff who worked on my dog is not knowledgeable. I explain to the worker how I wanted my dog trimmed. She did not have a clue. Was and shampoo she new about. But a professional cut was low standards. I could have trim my dog better. But as we know the assistant is learning and practicing until they get the hang of it. But the owner should step in a say this cut doesn't look up to part. So leave with a dog that looks like a chia pet hair cut. Dog groomers in Middletown has gone to the dogs. They don't care how your dog look when they leave the shop. You're paying top dollar for garbage. I expected more from Bath Bark & beyond. I don't know maybe from the stress of the business could cause them to take a lower standards. My friends recommend but they are suffering from I don't care. They are no longer respectful of their consumerss. read more

I have waited a little over a month to write this. We bought a puppy over the summer. Due to Covid, things like meeting the parents were difficult. We picked out our puppy on FaceTime. There were so many red flags but I didn't realize until it was too late. We received no pics or videos while we waited. I got one picture a few days before picking up our puppy. I asked questions about socialization and behavior with littermates: she could not answer and made me feel silly for asking. Long story short- I don't believe my puppy lived there. I can't prove it, but this seems like she's a puppy mill/BYB. Our dog was aggressive from day 1. A 9 week old Frenchie. What are the odds? My dog saw more specialists than I can count. Many professionals in the animal world evaluated him and they ALL agreed this was poor breeding and no socialization. Further, his 2 cherry eyes (which emerged at 2 months) were so bad the veterinary ophthalmologist said it was the worst he's seen. Sadly, our puppy was re-homed with a veterinarian who can handle the health issues and aggressiveness. Otherwise, we were told he would likely be euthanized- I was not going to let that happen. When we called her, she said he's our problem, not hers and to put him on pet/puppy finder. Any "breeder" who recommends that is NOT a breeder. Literally. Worst experience ever. read more
