Awful integrity. I've worked with Matt for years doing good work and he just royally messed up one of my homes - I asked for him to glaze the shower tub and his technician stripped the surround (which was fine - see pics) and then refused to fix it after we didn't ask for that part to be done. It's very disappointing that he wouldn't own his mistake and make it right... not only that, we now are forced to do the whole shower after he left the bathroom completely a mess and walked out on the job. I do not recommend working with people that are not integral and own a mistake... it could have been a simple fix but he's refused to take ownership and make it right after I've worked with him for years personally and sent him a lot of referrals. These guys are great and very reasonably priced. I've had them out twice. Once for a bathtub and oce for a double sink. They looks like new. Bathtub was done about 6 months ago and still looks amazing. I'm going to have them come out and do our other tub in a few months.. I highly recommend them. I couldn't be happier with the results of the bathtub refinish, and more so with the technician who came to do the work - be sure to ask for Jonathan!. He's been doing this for over 5 years and knows his stuff. He kept me informed all along the way on what he was doing and why. He was very respectful and professional, and asked good questions before he started. He explained how the ventilation worked as he was setting it up, and gave me good tips on how to manage it myself, after he left, and how to properly care for and clean the tub going forward. The business owner, Matt, was just as welcoming with all the many questions I asked of him in previous days (yes, days) before I scheduled my appointment (I'm a detail person so I needed to know as much as possible about the process), and Matt more than met my many questions with a kind and understanding nature, and gave me great advice on replacing my plumbing trim before the job - I would not have known to replace the old trim (drain plug and overflow). Matt and Sergio were great to work with. I'd never refinished a shower before but they explained the whole process to me. They showed up on time and did really great work. This process is pretty stinky, but they did their best to reduce the impact since I'm working from home. They also used non-toxic products so I didn't have to worry about my health. My shower was peeling and the basin was cracked and they were able to strip the whole thing, rebuild the basin, and refinish the whole thing in two visits (products need time to dry and cure). I highly recommend them if you're trying to save your shower or tub instead of replacing. The cost and effort were so worth refinishing what I've got. read more

Jonathon resurfaced the bath shower combo at our rental house. When he arrived he realized that it had been resurfaced in the past and that it was now peeling. He had to scrub the entire bath shower combo to get the old bad job off before he could resurface it. He worked so hard on it and had to scrub most of it by hand! He did a careful and thorough job. I found this place on Yelp, looking for someone to refinish my cast iron clawfoot bathtub. Matt was very quick to respond, very upfront about the prices (which were consistently reasonable), and easy to schedule an appointment with. Surgio, the person who stripped and refinished the tub, did an excellent job. He was all business all the time, and works very efficiently and quickly without rushing. Due to a leaky pipe, the first finish got messed up near the drain about an hour and a half after we finished and Surgio came out the next week to sand that area and refinish it seamlessly with the rest of the tub. The end result looks great, and the warranty Matt offers is a very reassuring perk. All in all, I am very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend this company. read more
