The owner is super nice and helpful. The store has old school products (like Dudley's) and newer product lines (like Lotta Body and Shea Moisture). There is a nice selection of wigs and hair suitable for braiding. The owner is a licensed cosmetologist and braiding technician. I was a little worried about parking, but there was adequate street parking (with a meter) and a sign indicating there was a parking garage a short distance (and $1) away. It's in walking distance from Central Market House and tons of little eateries and shops. I enjoyed my visit and will return.

Kelly is very detail oriented and does not give up until she has eliminated skin redness and unwanted veins. She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what she does, and she explains everything to you step by step as she treats your skin. I only experienced some mild redness and swelling for a few days after each treatment. It was well worth it. If facial redness or leg veins are bothering you, you should make an appointment to see Kelly and April. I was so upset about my makeup and she listened to all of my complaints. She asked tons of questions about products I use. she gave me great advice, taking me through each step of the makeup routine. most importantly made me feel seen and made me feel like I mattered. She treated me like we were friends! At the register prior to this, I had to make a return and they were busy with a line beginning, the manager jumped on a register and assisted me, not only that, but she engaged in a full conversation with me during the return. she listened to everything I had to say about the products I had tried and were returning. They were all super engaging, and it made the purchase pleasant. I usually order most of my products online because I live like 15 minutes away. When I decided I wanted to dive into having my lashes done again, I got ahold of the staff here at Indulge. I work at the hospital across the street so it was convenient to schedule there. I wanted to give them another try since it had been half a decade. I was hoping for a better experience. First off- Jen was AMAZING! Meticulous with her lash application. Her presence was relaxing and calming. I had an amazing time. I was able to come back for a fill two and a half weeks later and she once again took amazing care of me. Then the governor ordered all non-essential businesses to shut down due to COVID-19. I was sad to have to miss my next fill, but hopeful that the owner would honor the fact that I had already had my lashes done-despite the likelihood that most would be gone by my next fill after this all blows over. I reached out to Indulge on Facebook, and was appalled at the response I got. Stating that they would charge for a full set ($250) and not a fill ($75) when I next came in because the closure wasn't their fault. Missing a fill wasn't my fault either, yet I would have to shell out that much money again?! Not a great way to keep customers. My experience with the ladies employed here has always been top notch-but the way the owner is handling her business leaves much to be desired. She's the reason I originally stopped coming in 5 years ago, and once again she is the reason I will not be returning after things go back to normal.
