Kelly is very detail oriented and does not give up until she has eliminated skin redness and unwanted veins. She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what she does, and she explains everything to you step by step as she treats your skin. I only experienced some mild redness and swelling for a few days after each treatment. It was well worth it. If facial redness or leg veins are bothering you, you should make an appointment to see Kelly and April. I was so upset about my makeup and she listened to all of my complaints. She asked tons of questions about products I use. she gave me great advice, taking me through each step of the makeup routine. most importantly made me feel seen and made me feel like I mattered. She treated me like we were friends! At the register prior to this, I had to make a return and they were busy with a line beginning, the manager jumped on a register and assisted me, not only that, but she engaged in a full conversation with me during the return. she listened to everything I had to say about the products I had tried and were returning. They were all super engaging, and it made the purchase pleasant. I usually order most of my products online because I live like 15 minutes away. After this experience, it makes me want to go shopping in the store. I feel like that alone speaks volumes. And I am well-versed in makeup and shopping. I can assure you. Her hands work fine, but she has some limitations walking and picking up certain things. She has certifications!!!! She has done makeup for Senators, Weddings, Proms, and fashion shows. Ulta Beauty, and it does not matter what state, discriminates against people with disabilities. They will not hire them. I just want all people of color to know Ulta Beauty does not hire people, especially Black folks with disabilities. This is not one time but has been going on for years. So, do not waste your time in any state applying. I just want everyone to know. If you are young, white, and bright, they will hire you. They hire a few Black girls to meet quotas, but if you are a Black female with a disability of a certain age, they will not hire you. They do not include everyone as they should.
