Kelly is very detail oriented and does not give up until she has eliminated skin redness and unwanted veins. She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what she does, and she explains everything to you step by step as she treats your skin. I only experienced some mild redness and swelling for a few days after each treatment. It was well worth it. If facial redness or leg veins are bothering you, you should make an appointment to see Kelly and April. They only care about your money. I had an area in my back that was painful to the touch. I wasn't able to see it so I made an appointment (was able to be seen that same day). They gave him the same ointment that Dermatology Partners did; which clearly didn't make sense because he had told them that the medications he was given by them did not work! The staff acted as if they didn't know what he was talking about and treated him as if his issue was not important. We're 2 months in now and STILL have no answer as to the cause or how to stop it.
