Having a 2 day sale 3 wick candles for only $9.95 limit 18. Went early in the morning (store opened at 7am) it wasn't crowded no long lines. The sales associates very nice, helpful If you are looking for a certain candle they would get it for you if it's in stock. No one pushing pass you the line moved quickly all the registers was open. read more

Mmmm I didn't like the service this day. 1 person at the register, one in the phone behind the register, and one person clearly not on shift. I'm not perfect I had to wait and I did. The rep who cashed me out seemed to be new maybe not knowledgeable definitely. She asked the other rep for help and they were pointing me around- please come show me... Also I just feel like if you're going to sell me an app I don't want to be told that this is the only way to do this or that. Sell me the benefits. This is the second time I've come in the month of August and I just feel like (sometimes) you get friendly reps here and then sometimes you don't. read more

Before your feet touches the threshold you'll be excitedly greeted. I always feel as if I've won something. Great. I've never been here when it was super busy but I'm sure like other branches, it gets that way especially around the holidays. The issue is there is usually only one cashier on the three or so registers which makes your experience tedious. Associates OMG, they push and probe you to buy so if you're just looking I suggest you look elsewhere lol. It's all good. Whenever I'm here a candle, wash or cream goes home with me. Absolutely terrible. I walked in there for a quick stop . The associate at the front of the store didn't even greet me , but was on the phone on in the front of the store . YELLING, absolutely unprofessional. I couldn't even tell if she worked there or not. To make matters worse, I came in contact with the manager who was even worse . I asked her one question and she proceeded to tell me to "Buy Something," gave me the worst attitude and walked away. Utterly disappointing and disgusting. As a manger of another retailer , I understand stressful times but to disrespect another person is disheartening and I hope they put a better emphasis on the customer experience overall moving forward. Definitely lost a repeat customer and will continue to lose support with experiences as this. read more

This location is always super busy, I thought I was going to get out pretty quick since I was the 1st person next to go in line. How wrong I was. A literally waited 15 minutes while 2 ladies at 2 different registers putted around, going back-and-forth with items cashiers obviously over it. What really peeved me off, was A 3rd register was open and an employee that was chatting up one of the other cashiers ran over in made a purchase herself! I guess they sensed the irritation of all the customers on line and quickly finished their respective transactions. Not wanting to make a difficult for others I handled my transaction in record time leaving with some nice new scents. In the future I will check the flow of the line before purchasing. read more

Good selection and generally good vibes. It's funny, but it seems the customers are more friendly than some of the sales staff. People who like shopping for "happy scents" are usually happy themselves, I guess. I find that although a bit more expensive, the handsoaps save money. The rich and creamy ones last a long time -like a month. And the smell is heavenly. This place also offers consistently good deals. When my scents are on sale, I buy tons of stuff! Finally, I like that they separate the soaps and lotions from the candles. Easier to shop ...and scented candle people are in a class of their own. read more

This B&BW has taken over the Radio Shack store. They have upgraded their staff and downsized to a small store which I personally love because I won't feel too overwhelmed while shopping. The staff is super friendly , they are constantly rotating through the store asking if everyone is okay and offering to help. In most bath and body works store the check out process is long ! So try to be patient. The only thing that sucks to me is the decor. The store is dull. It has old carpetting and can use a fresh coat of paint. read more

This location does not honor the coupons sent. They make their own decisions on what a coupon could be used for. I received a coupon clearly stating a wall plug or refill no purchase required arrive at the counter to check out the cashier states you need to purchase something in order to revive your free item. When clearly on the front of the coupon stated no purchase required this is not my first encounter with this location and I would definitely not be returning read more

Great place. Need more workers is it needs anything... I shouldn't have to go to the next side of the store to get an associate that can help me get something and also ring me up...
