Each time I went, the ladies on the floor were very nice, very decent and very courteous. The person who wasn't courteous was the person that worked cashier originally. For some reason I'm assuming she has a biased against people that look like me. Twice not once but twice I went to this cashier on both of those visits and she handed me off in Spanish or whatever she said I don't know what, to a different cashier. She had no problem taking the money from the customer that was before me, but as soon as I stepped to the counter, she didn't want to serve me. I was polite every single time I went to the store. There was absolutely no reason for her to hand me off not once but twice. I will never spend my money in that store again. The first time it happened I said no it can't be that right so let me come back again next week and see if it happens again. Same woman at the cashier and I'm the same person and it happened every single time that I went. If black females are problems maybe you need to move to another planet. And it's a shame because they really have a lot of products in there and my black friend went in there but I guess since he's a guy the lady didn't mistreat him. It's a damn shame that this treatment came from another minority. I checked and I had 3 $9.24 charges on my card. I only had one gel that I purchased for 9.24. So I go back and this Asian lady at the front gives me attitude and is smirking like I'm crazy. Even one of the employees said that first register does that and they have an issue with it all the time. I simply explained please give me a cash refund so I can just get food this lady was being nasty and weird on purpose knowing HER CASHIER CHARGED ME $30 for one gel. I support this business all the time and this is what I get from a mistake on their behalf. I can't even get a refund. Which is greatly helpful for those that frequented Cedarhurst Paper across the street (the party-place that closed). I ALWAYS find some really pretty or unusual holiday items here too. Much better than the dollar store that used to be just off of 157th and Crossbay. I have also found some unusual things here at a really good deal - like these stacking containers I use for jewelry making. They were almost double the price on Amazon. That says something to me! From brooms to laundry baskets, from video game cables to tools, from party supplies to pet toys and beds, from ornaments to rugs, etc. They offer a bit of everything. Items are all over the place, in multiple aisles in different parts of the store. For example, you can find household item at the entrance and at the other end of the store. Confusing and making your shopping experience difficult. Also especially when you purchase an item make sure it hasn't been opened.
