The whole area around inside and outside of the store is welcoming and makes you want to explore…read more I was in need of some stones and sage sticks to cleanse my home. I explained what I needed and was given some suggestions, then left on my own to explore. I wouldn't say that it was the cheapest, but it also wasn't the most expensive. I would come back if I needed anything else, and maybe even to get a reading.

Personally, I'm a incense lover and lately I've been experimenting with am different scents and blends to find the one that I vibe with the most. I was searching for a basil scent to accompany my palo santo purchase and asked for help differentiating between the blends they had. Beliza took her time to guide me through the options they have with earthy notes until I found the one suitable for me. Right before I exited, someone found the specific one I needed and gave me the rest of the batch they had as a thank hon for passing by. I was so pleased with the experience here because the staff is so kind and helpful. Cauley Square has always been a slice of rustic Miami that needs no embellishment for the gem it truly is. This place is your destination for all your crystal and mystical pieces for the Stevie Nicks within you. I can't wait to come back for more goodies on my next trip down south.

I love Sephora so much I'm 10 now so my mom lets me buy appropriate things, but it has to be like…read morelike lip, glosses and stuff. I can't just buy whatever I want but at the same time I love going in there. It's so much fun trying on the new products but here's something funny to say you know how they like the samples for you to try it on if you wanna buy it if you need to do your make up and you don't wanna buy something you can just go and do your make up there cause there's so many samples in the store that you can just do it. It's really funny and you might not even get in trouble. It's just something if you wanna do your makeup real quick not to buy. I hope this helps you if you want to do your makeup, but that's my response and I really love Sephora so much. I usually go to the one that's in kohl's well that's my. Review bye

If this is the same Sephora that is in JC Penny in Southland mall then my experience at this store…read morewas uncomfortable and quite disrespectful. I don't know who hired some of these women but I know one of them is in need of a serious etiquette course. I have been going to Sephora for ages as most women have since they opened. I hold nothing against the company simply one person that was truly rude to my sister and I one day. We went to do some shopping after a long day of work and we were excited to have some girl time. Therefore decided to test out some makeup which we purchased despite the negative experience. After being in the store for about 30 minutes, we started to receive glares and clearly suggestive foul talk about us. Such as "Oh my god, do they think this is a fashion show" and "I didn't know we were giving away make-overs today" from an employee. I was sincerely irked by these comments and restrained every fiber in me not to slander her in public. There was no mistake that this was directed towards us because she was standing right in front of us looking at us while talking with another employee. I do not like to write negative reviews but this - again - is not about the company and regardless of how bad a day an employee is having, a customer should never feel uncomfortable threatened or enraged when they are trying to relieve some stress by going shopping. Even having been through this I still ended up spending 220 dollars that day. However, I will never step foot into that store again and because of that I took my makeup needs to Ulta - who has way better customer service at this mall. In this part of town there is only one Sephora and one Ulta. Ulta has all the same selections plus way MORE, and is a thousand times larger than the Sephora at Southland Mall. I may be one out of a few to have experienced this but every customer counts and deserves respect whether they purchase something or not.
