I'd constantly think, "one day I need to stop in," but never actually did until this past Saturday. And I'm so glad I finally went! This place is such a hidden gem. Outside alone, they had a $2 rack and a $1 bin, which immediately pulled me in. Once inside, it just kept getting better. There are so many "treasures from home" to browse name brand clothing, shoes, a whole purse room, and even handmade items. I loved that they have dressing rooms available, which makes it easy to actually try things on. The staff was really friendly, and the overall layout impressed me. There's a lot to look through, but it's not overcrowded you can comfortably walk around and take your time. I could easily see myself spending a couple of hours here just browsing. The prices are more than reasonable, and I liked that many items have tags with additional discounts. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size range they had a great plus-size selection, not just limited sizing like you sometimes see in resale shops. There's parking on the side of the building, and if that's full, there's additional street parking nearby, which makes it pretty convenient. I didn't end up purchasing anything this visit, but honestly, that just means I'll be back soon (and probably leaving with a lot next time!). If you buy nail polish, shampoo, hair dye, stuff like that at Sally - it easily pays for itself in 2 or 3 visits. I probably saved at least 30$ last year with it! Saturday night is usually my night to relax and unwind after a long work week. My mom was asking about a particular iron supplement pill that she's been taking and had asked me to stop over there and see if there were any in stock. To my surprise, I found the most valuable employee in the pharmacy section, who went above and beyond her duties to help me track down this particular item that I couldn't find on my own. She was a miracle worker to me, although they didn't have the exact type of medication that I was looking for. We often overlook supermarkets and big business stores, especially ones like Walmart, but I felt the need to say "thank you" to this particular woman for going out of her way for me when she honestly didn't have to. She deserves some serious props for keeping it real when it comes to customer service, and I'll be sure to stop back there again really soon!
