The staff here is super helpful and always ready to assist you. I tend to come here often to stock up on scented candles for my home when they're having their 2 for $25 deal on 14.5oz candles (reg $22.50 each). They have a ton of neat seasonal collections and scents for all products; twisted peppermint is my ultimate favorite scent from their winter collection! The lotions, hand sanitizers, candles, body washes and more are amazing here. If you're looking for thick and ultra-moisturizing body butter, I would suggest going to The Body Shop because the body butters here are watered down in comparison. I haven't purchased any BBW in quite some time, but I came in during their 1-day sale! I like candles, they sell candles, and they were on sale, so why not? There were plenty of helpful staff around to assist in the sale. Most of them were quite enthusiastic, so it helps facilitate the sale especially if customers are excited and willing to open their wallets. Honestly, I went in there to buy 1 - maybe 2 - candles and I ended up walking out with 9! "Great Christmas gifts", I told myself. My only criticism is that the candles that were on sale were spread out all over the store. I'm sure this is more strategic to force customers to take a look at their non-sale items, but I found it a bit overwhelming as a Shopper.

I have only visited this store in Mississauga a few times. I didn't realize that STC had one, so I dropped by to check it out. This store has a lot of cute and practical Japanese and Korean merchandise. It appealed to me. I especially like when you get a product that is both cute and practical. For instance, you could get Angie the booklight. Angie happens to be a purple anglerfish that allows you to read in darker areas. I also liked a bacon mousepad. It was adorable! There were beauty products, such as eyeshadow, hairbands, and facial masks. The prices were pretty good considering the assortment of shades that you got in the former. The selection of hairbands was limited. The facial mask varieties were excellent. This store had a lot of plushies. You can get boba ones in a variety of colours. They were cute and sweet. It also had the cutest PopSockets. The characters on them were rather large, so it may not appeal to everyone. I ended up getting a purple boba tumbler that was heavily discounted. The fact that it had a diamond-cut lid and was purple drew me in to buying it. The price was also right. I had a friendly woman at the checkout. She advised that sale items were final, so exchanges or refunds weren't allowed. I understood this policy, as I had checked that my tumbler was in good shape before I committed to buying it. I paid with a debit card. All went well. My tumbler is pretty cool. It's cute and it keeps cold drinks cold for many hours. I enjoyed shopping at this store. It's deadly if you like cute, practical items. I may need to return and get that bacon mousepad because it's so adorable. (344)

If you have tried any lotions or soaps, they have a sink in-store for you to wash off any excess product. The summer flavours seem to be out these days as there were a lot of tropical (mango, pineapple) and vacation type scents (think beach and Ocean). They also had some fun sanitizer holders that were shaped like flamingos (complete with feathers) and one that was a sea turtle. They also have a deal right now that is $3.50 on all hand soaps and 6 pocket bacs for $10. I definitely got in on both of those deals. As always, the checkout is in the back of the store and my order was packaged neatly in their checkered blue and white paper bag.
