It's Spring time and I always look forward to this semi-annual sale and this year it started right after Father's Day on June 15 2025. On opening day I made a special trip to Eaton Centre and got there when they opened at 10am. Not crowded which I loved. I got four men's hand creams for $4.99 each with scents called Ocean and Deep Ocean. Regular price is $18.95 so great deal! But they stopped making body lotions so am disappointed in that. Big thanks to the young man working there who gave me great, friendly customer service! read more

Bath & Body Works - Great deals! - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Toronto, Ontario

This current location will soon be moving from the lower level of the Eaton Centre (not the food court one) to another location within the Eaton Centre this August 2022! It looks like the new location will be a little bit larger in size which will be nice since the current one is a little cramped. This Bath & Body Works is set up much like the other ones that you're probably used to. There is generally a tester product that is open for you to sniff. If you have tried any lotions or soaps, they have a sink in-store for you to wash off any excess product. The summer flavours seem to be out these days as there were a lot of tropical (mango, pineapple) and vacation type scents (think beach and Ocean). They also had some fun sanitizer holders that were shaped like flamingos (complete with feathers) and one that was a sea turtle. They also have a deal right now that is $3.50 on all hand soaps and 6 pocket bacs for $10. I definitely got in on both of those deals. As always, the checkout is in the back of the store and my order was packaged neatly in their checkered blue and white paper bag. read more

The store is located inside Eaton mall and has an easy approach, is accessible by wheelchair, and can be conveniently combined with a complete shopping experience in downtown Toronto. Keep in mind that this is a smaller location as compared to Vaughan mills and does not have a large candle collection. Bath & Body is a place my wife loves and I have grown to like it a lot too. The scents, soaps and creams are good quality and good value for money. read more

Sensory overload here! There are so many scents and new scents that come out (weekly it almost seems!) that if you don't find something you like, just check back and I am sure you will! I love love their large 3 wick candles and stock up whenever they are on sale (like today - $12!). Honestly I find these last such a long time and the scents are so yummy that it makes you never want to leave your house They always have promotions going on - buy 3 get 3 for free for example. This is perfect when you have lots of gifts to give out - Christmas, bridal shower gifts/prizes, bridemaids gifts. Men - word of advice - pick up a few of the lovely smelling candles and soaps to keep around. Women notice when they use your bathroom and you have lovely smelling soap. It's the little things like these that matter! read more

I regularly purchase my hair product and shaving cream from The Body Shop. I've tried a few other products in their men's line, but haven't really found them to be anything extraordinary to warrant the additional cost over the national brands I can get at the drug or grocery store. They're loyalty card always pays for itself with the minimal purchases I make throughout the year. Probably worth getting if you purchase from here a few times a year. read more

I like the layout of the store as it's open and organized. However, their sales associates aren't the most knowledgeable on their products. Sometimes they don't take the effort to answer a question either. For the most, part they usually have a nice selection of things. They are pleasant to interact with and always make suggestions. Look out for the signs out in front to signify any promotions they have as they can be quite a bargain! read more

I stopped in here today, for an emergency hand soap run (who has those? - People with 2 dogs probably! ha ha) Anyways, it was a super-quickie stop. They had what I needed - I totally love that the pricing is close to what it is in the US, I'm thankful not to be trekking hand soap across the border. 7 for $25 - stock 'em up! They have nice bubble bath etc, and it's probably one of the only places that's not a drug store where you can find bubble bath - in the in scents you want! read more

I am completely addicted to BBW Aruba Coconut. I love anything to do with Coconut, but this stuff smells like a heavenly clean tropical waterfall. It's just the right balance of floral, fruit and sensual. I don't know what I'll do when the discontinue this limited edition fragrance. I love their candles, too, but can't burn them anymore since we got our parrotlet as they are bad for birdy lungs. I had a coupon so I went to stock up today. Normally, when I go in, someone will offer me a basket or a bag. Today they didn't-- but this could be because I had my bike panier in hand and it was more than enough to carry. My arms were full with product at the register even though my guy was now carrying my panier. They have so much stuff at the check out, but the way this location is set up, it makes it really hard to peruse things. They had some new scents at the register, but there's really no time to test them while paying. Then, once you've paid you have to walk past everyone else who is cashing out or backtrack down one one of the skinny little aisles filled with people waiting and all their items in hand or browsing the travel sizes. I really wish they would open up the concept a bit more. I know they want to cash in on the impulse buys, but when it gets busy it makes shopping here very awkward and unpleasant. read more

Staff is very friendly and nice, even if there is such a huge turnover (never see the same face) but I like the staff last year better. Aside from that, they have a good product knowledge and are SO PATIENT ! customers are so rude, but they always keep a smile and help their best. I always find my tea tree stuff, and CRUELTY FREE make up ! read more

I love BBW! My favourite products are the hand soaps, candles, lotions, shower gels and the Aromatherapy line. The store is roomy and more spacious compared to the store at another mall I shop at. The pros of BBW is the selection and variety of scents and lotions, the frequent promotions and sales. You can find coupons online or get them instore, plus the survey coupons come in handy, $10 dollars off any $30 dollar purchase. The downside to shopping at BBW is that the company discontinues products quickly, so don't get too attached to a particular product. Also some products can be overpowering with the amount of fragrance. I have to admit since BBW opened stores in Canada, I find myself no longer shopping at The Body shop or Fruits and Passions. Love them or hate them, BBW has it's appeal. read more

This location is nothing but AMAZING! The staff is always very friendly and helpful which is one of the main reasons why I always come back to this store. They're always stocked up with all merchandise so you don't have to worry about not finding what you wanted. I would recommend every Body Shop lovers to come to this location if you want excellent customer service. The ladies here know their product knowledge very well and treat their customers with kindness and respect. You will NOT be disappointed. read more

The walnut scrub doesn't do anything for me. The employees there told me it would take off dead skin and make it smooth. I tried it that night and it was the worse thing ever. It did not take off anything!! read more

Love coming here. They always have the perfect scent and good sales and coupons. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The store is a little cramped with too much product and should be make a bit bigger. But other than that I have always had excellent experiences! read more

this location, if I am not mistaken, is the best location in Ontario, a massive store front, in one of the busiest malls in Ontario. the staff here are super friendly and very eager to please. the store is extremely well stocked and I say this having shopped at this location for just over a decade, aside from the Christmas season, I've never come to this store with them not having stock on something(unless a shortage was present). I cannot stress enough, a great location, with lots of staff to help, definitely a benchmark store that sets the standard for all body shops to follow. read more

Good products but extremely poor customer service and business sense (especially when faced with fierce competition from Bath and Body Works and Face Shop in the same mall) Ready to pay for my purchase but sales person tells me she is too busy to look for my membership number in the system because store is too busy. I was the only one standing in line!!! Either she was too lazy or was following Management instructions without an inkling of common sense. Too bad! Left without purchasing. Headed to Bath and Body Works now. read more

I have been a Body Shop Rewards member since its inception. I hate the fact that they just changed it. Still can get points, but no longer do I get 10% all purchases. Had that for soooo long, that it is very hard to get used to it not being there anymore. I find the staff here hit-or-miss. Sometimes they are great; other times, not so much. read more

I haven't been here in a while and was disappointed. There are a couple of products that I like, the peppermint foot lotion is awesome, but the store is disorganized and the focus from the staff seems to be on pushing sales. I realize this is the point of a store but I am not a fan of the 'tough sell'. Also annoying is that most of the products, including all of the gift baskets, are not priced. I went because I had a gift card and almost gave up because I couldn't figure out the prices on most items and it is very annoying to have to ask a sales person the price of every item! The wait for the cash was long and the person in front of me was doing a return and the sales rep didn't seem to know what she was doing. Lastly, they were having a promotion and talked me into it and then when I got to the cash all the items I had chosen were 'excluded' from the promotion. In all the fuss I forgot to use my gift card so now I'll have to go back and do it all again. sigh.... read more
