On opening day I made a special trip to Eaton Centre and got there when they opened at 10am. Not crowded which I loved. I got four men's hand creams for $4.99 each with scents called Ocean and Deep Ocean. Regular price is $18.95 so great deal! But they stopped making body lotions so am disappointed in that. Big thanks to the young man working there who gave me great, friendly customer service!

It looks like the new location will be a little bit larger in size which will be nice since the current one is a little cramped. This Bath & Body Works is set up much like the other ones that you're probably used to. There is generally a tester product that is open for you to sniff. If you have tried any lotions or soaps, they have a sink in-store for you to wash off any excess product. The summer flavours seem to be out these days as there were a lot of tropical (mango, pineapple) and vacation type scents (think beach and Ocean). They also had some fun sanitizer holders that were shaped like flamingos (complete with feathers) and one that was a sea turtle. They also have a deal right now that is $3.50 on all hand soaps and 6 pocket bacs for $10. I definitely got in on both of those deals. As always, the checkout is in the back of the store and my order was packaged neatly in their checkered blue and white paper bag.

They are everywhere and if the colors don't shock your visual senses, the smell may but not as much as say Lush. I like the smell of many of the pump soft soap I'm not going to lie. The thing is this place always has things like 3 for $12 or 5 for $20 or whatever the sale of the week or flavor of the month may be. This store makes you want to buy bulk. Recently they brought back my wife's favorite scent (London Calling) but they renamed it London tea and something or other. So she goes to town buying the plug in scents and some of the candles because the fragrance was discontinued some time ago to the point she was resorting looking to find them on eBay in desperation. B&BW... please for the love of all things don't get rid of London Calling or whatever it's called now. The last thing I need is my wife to scour the continent paying top dollar for this scent if it's discontinued again. Their coupons always have a way of enticing you to come back the following month to spend because they are always for weeks in advance. Thanks for making our wives addicted!

I can always smell the store as I'm walking down the hall in Sherway Gardens. I popped in on Friday as they were having the ALOHA HAWAII event ($5 for all Hawaiian products, including the body creams). I was thrilled to see the return of Waikiki Beach Coconut so I picked four body creams, one body spray and two hand soaps for under $25 as I had the "spend $30, get $10 off coupon". Amazing deal! Did I mention that Kernals is right next door?

They're very polite and knowledgeable and genuinely like to help you. A few of the girls here are quieter and introverted but even they're fantastic. A+. I ended up returning a moisturiser that was breaking me out and they gave me a refund right away and also offered to help me find something better. I walked out with a bunch of free samples. They're very generous with their samples here. The products themselves are a case-by-case basis. I've bought Cosmetic Warrior a few times and the consistency is always a little different. Overall I've liked 9/10 of the products that I've used.

I'm incredibly grateful they're in my 'hood. The women running this store could not be sweeter. They're super kind to me, even when I bring my daughter with me, who has to touch everything at least twice. Every. Thing. I popped in yesterday to escape the gold and left with their house-made essential oils, a little tea set and about a million things added my wish list, to return for later.

Not cramped aisles like other stores. Major plus on having enough staff around that you can easily get assistance when needed. You can try products out and get mini makeovers They carry more high end products like YSL, Bobbi Brown and Chanel and some midrange ones like Cargo. Plus they have a few brands you won't find in Sephora like a brand from Iceland, Darphin etc. By chance I picked up one of those magnifying mirrors (18x magnification) and scared myself shitless! Do i really look like that up close?! Ughh...i thought I plucked my eyebrows pretty decently. Well oh my..not even close to a decent job! I ran all the way to the counter to pay for my mew best friend. I remember they used to have a brow bar where you could get your brows done but I don't recall seeing it this time. The face cream I use can ONLY be purchased at Holts and since I purchase mine from Yorkdale, the location is a bit far from my home. If only Murale carried my cream... Having said that, Murale for me carries nothing out of the ordinary (Chanel, Nars, Clarins, etc...). Because I have been using my cream for many years, any new products would just fly by me. Murale does carry a lot of new brands I don't see anywhere else so if you are into trying new products, Murale would not be a bad stop. Later in the night, I went on their website and checked out all the products they carry - that is a good start to see if the store carries your particular brand. The ONE thing I love, of course, is the fact that you can redeem your Optimum points, and because some of the products here range $200-$300, it would be great to save up all your points and splurge here. Not sure if it would be a good idea, but Murale does a lot of makeup sessions, and I have always wanted to try the Chanel seminar. This is a place I wouldn't come out of my way, but it is nice to drop in when in the area. The sales associates are always keen to help and super smiley. *Note: the 2 images I downloaded from Google Images just to show examples of the exterior and interior store.*
