Terrible experience! I did an online order and can in for a pick up. When walking in I noticed their dupe line was also in sale for $5.95. I immediately decided to exchange my online order with the other items. I walked to the register and asked Kay the cashier for help. I explained that I had an online order would like to exchange 2 items for the 2 I bought to the register. The $5.95 sale ends today 9/1 so this was a perfect opportunity. Why did okay refund me instead of doing an exchange! The online order was the exact same as the items I was exchanging. It was supposed to be an even exchanged. Not a return! She didn't pay attention and she did what she wanted. There was another customer beside me and walked by and said she could've did an even exchange, that transaction was simple. I was beyond pissed, because now you want me to pay additional money for items that could've been exchanged. I never asked for money back! In also have to wait 3 to 4 business days a refund because it's a holiday and you decided to return my money on a holiday when banks are closed. This is a very inconveniencing interaction. I will never come back to this location again they have a 3.4 rating got a reason guys! So I'm out of the money I spent until god knows when I get the refund , and the deal that ends today! read more

This store was quite well stocked and very busy leading up to Christmas time. Every shelf filled with merchandise, every table loaded with scented stuff and there were still two associates stocking and handing out shopping bags. We managed to find the precise scent that my wife likes and pick up one of those. Strangely, they no longer sell another one that is her second favorite as a candle. I visit this location the most because of it's location & the employees are always eager to assist. Had an issue with an item I wanted to purchase not being covered by a coupon I was using. The cashier gave me helpful info about which items weren't eligible, which helped me focus on what was. read more

I love this location. I didn't realize how much I utilize it until it went under construction and has been closed. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I enjoy every experience here. The store has always been very organized and very clean. I can always find just what I'm looking for. I like that it's a stand alone shop and although parking can get a little hairy, it's worth it to not have to go into the mall. read more

This location is in a shared shopping center where there is plenty of parking and easy access to other stores. Every time I have come there is someone greeting you when you walk into the door. They have several staff members who able to assist. This s a chain store, however each store sells different items and products for some reason this location seems to be out of stock of several items frequently. Not sure if it's a central place. it was close last year and they remodeled or did renovations. The changes look nice it was good that they made the upgrade. Don't get hooked on a cent somewhere only seasonal they typically have a good sales and there is a rewards program where you can earn free items based on how much you spend of course you have to download the app. If you share your address with them, they will send you coupons in the mail. I only went in here to buy a gift. Got in and out in 5min... the sales woman also helped me realized I could take advantage of a buy 2 get 1 free promotion so I didn't miss out. Most B&BWs assault your senses the second you walk in. Maybe it's just me being a guy, but it's a little overwhelming to walk into one of these places. Had a terrible experience with the manager at this location named Alex. Extremely rude, whenever I went to ask her a question she sounded annoyed and wouldn't leave anytime to ask questions. I overheard her talking to another customer, giving her all the deal information which she had kept from me. Very unprofessional and upsetting because I tend to go to bbw frequently, I usually go to the one more south and I'll just continue to go there from now on. read more

Okay, so my big beef here is not so much with this LOCATION of Bath and Body Works, but rather with Bath and Body Works as a company in general. Let me explain. For starters, I just want to say that this store is clean, well-presented and has some very nice girls working in it. The scents of candles and lotions are incredible, and they were hard to resist with their Fall displays front and center with names like "Autumn Leaves" and "Cinnamon Pumpkin". Their prices are reasonable and their gift items are very nice. (Sigh)...so here's why I'll never shop here again. I came in to check out the store and in my browsing around, grabbed a tester for a particular scent and gave it a try. I always like to do this with lotions and perfumes; before I commit to purchasing, I put it on and walk around with it for a few hours to let it soak in since it always smells different than when you first put it on. So I left the store and for the next hour could not stop smelling my hands - it was so good it was intoxicating. I don't even remember which scent it was, but that's not important anyway. An hour and a half later I was back in the store and heading for the counter, bottle in hand. So I'm reading the back. I'm trying to be ever so conscious about my purchases, especially beauty products, in that I only buy products that are paraben-free and NOT tested on animals. Call me uptight, but I just don't think animals should be tortured so I can smell like fake juniper. I scan the label and see that it does contain parabens, but it smells so friggin good I make an exception. Then I see it: "This finished product not tested on animals." And for a minute I think, Great! Ready to buy. And then...this..."finished" product? What the heck does that mean? Normally if a product is not tested on animals it will just say "Not tested on animals", or "We NEVER test our products on animals", or the like. And if it says nothing, you always assume that they do test on animals. But "This FINISHED product"? So, the final product that fills the bottle in my hand, the one that I intend to use, has not been tested on any animal. But what about everything before that? And then I just got mad. Very mad. Do they think we are idiots? Some big shot at BBW must believe that their customers are totally mindless, lazy, and can be easily fooled by the wording they chose. I don't know what made me more mad; the fact that they do test on animals, or the fact that they take us all for idiots and try to play like they don't run the tests. Either way, out of principle, I put the bottle back and decided I will never again give a dime of my money to BBW. Excuse the rant, but this just really pissed me off. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. I used to live near the arboretum so I was a frequent shopper over there. Now I live closer to this location and I enjoy coming here. The staff is always friendly! I always come here on days where I see the same staff over and over again. This location is always clean and I'm always in and out very quickly. My husband came here on Black Friday as well as for the candle sale. Every sale is always worth it. My husband jokes and says I have enough products to open my own store lol. This Bath & Body location is convenient, clean, and organized. The employees are friendly. It's definitely smaller than the one in SouthPark Mall, but well stocked to get what you need. If anything, it's less congested and it's nice to casually shop without being in multiple people's way. read more
