I walked into the store there was like two people in the store was never greeted. Was looking for an item that I could not find nobody asked for help nor could I find somebody to ask for help. Then I picked up a couple items went to the cash register and the three girls that were working in the store were all clumped together talking in front of the store not paying attention to the cash registers. I encountered the nicest employee last night at this location. George(aka Georgie) was just about the most pleasant encounter have had in regards to customer service in a very long time. He was just so kind and courteous. I was at the store close to closing and he was just so relaxed and easy going while checking me out. I ended up buying more items than I normally would but, left the store feeling great! George's willingness to help and provide such nice customer service definitely didn't go unnoticed. Bath & Body Works, or BBW as I affectionately call it. What's not to love? There is an endless amount of smell good lotions, perfumes, candles, and the like. While this location in Cedar Hill is not the biggest, it's stocked full of good buys. I waltzed in with a gift card and coupon and waltzed out with several wallflower bulbs and a new body scrub (Endless Summer). 1 star just because it's bath & body works, 1 star because the associates are nice (which they are at every other b&b works I've been too also), and another star because it's close to my house. The downside to this store for me is that they don't have as wide of a selection as other stores and I often find they are out of a lot of the sale items when I get there. I wanted to get the Eucalyptus and spearmint wallflower and either they didn't have it or they were out. I go to this location if there is a sale on something I want NOW and cross my fingers that they have it. Otherwise, I just order online or go to a location with a larger store and more variety but it is nice to have one close to my house. read more

I like how close this is to me and I can just pop in and out. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's in the perfect spot right near the center of the mall. There isn't anything significantly different here than one at a bigger mall like North Park, other than the favorite scents may run out a tad bit faster. read more

I used to like this location as opposed to the one in Hillside village. However, the last time I went in there I wasn't greeted even though there were several employees standing around gossiping. A Hispanic couple decided to leave the store and we're quickly asked why the were leaving and asked if there was anything they needed help with. That's when I decided to leave and two employees stood right there and watched me as I left and never uttered one word to me. I visited this store last week for the $10 candles and the manager showed me Halloween candles. I came back with an email coupon for $10 candle for all 3-wick candles and the same manager told me they do not have any $10 candles. Now mind you the email coupon I printed out had photos of the candle available and the store had a whole side of the photo candles setup. But again the manager told me those are not on sell. So I called the customer care number on the bottom of my email. This is where Bath & Body Works/White Barn shinned. The first young lady-Ms. Marnice- was sweet in voice and listen to my concern. She ask me to forward the email for verification once received she forward me to the Retail store customer care rep-Ms.Mica. Ms. Mica reached out to the store while I was there and got it all worked out. So I have said all of that to say this. I spend major money at Bath & Body Works/White Barn because I buy candles for all of our showrooms and I love their candles. I did not think they would satisfy me at the corporate level. I even told my daughters (14 & 16) that reaching out to corporate may be a waste of time but what the heck. I was wrong! Big Time! The company really cares for its customers. Their customer service department is call "Customer Care". And Care is what I felt dealing with these ladies. Thank you and thank you for making me feel even better about your products. read more

This is my fave gotta have it store. On our last visit the greeter could have been more attentive. She failed to speak or offer a shopping tote when we entered the store. I had to speak to her first and she still didn't offer a shopping tote. I had to ask for one even though i witnessed her greeting other customers and offering shopping totes to them. I shop here frequently and this was a highly disapointing first. Other members of the staff recognized me and helped turn my experience around. I ended up spending nearly $400 thanks to the other ladies. The greeter on 12/27 definitely needs diversity training. read more
