This location isn't that big but they have two guards because they have a street entrance and a mall entrance and it's one of those places where you have to be 18 and older to go in. I used my birthday reward for a free gift and to my delight I had another free gift waiting in my account. It pays to sign up for the rewards program because it adds up, especially if you use it as gifts for friends and family. I'm still mad that they got rid of suede. That was my favorite fragrance. I haven't found another one like it. I tell them every time I go in and they tell me that people still ask for it. So if you're paying attention bath& body works corporate, please bring back suede. Probably one of the worst experiences at a bath and body works I made a yelp to review. Went in and was bothered by a worker who wouldn't take no as an answer. I think we told him about 10 times that we were good and just looking, but he persisted on trying to sell us something. He said that everyone leaves with a "scent and a smile". Well, I left and stood outside of Victoria secret staring off at nothing in abject horror after such a genuinely u comfortable experience. If the supervisors or managers are making the workers do this then STOP. Lush tried this pre pandemic and I had a panic attack after an employee physically dragged me to a sink. This store was packed on a holiday weekend. They had an okay selection, but couldn't quite find the scent of candle I was looking for. The checkout line was quite long so definitely best to come outside of peak hours. I ended up getting the Eucalyptus and Mint three wick candle. It had great throw, even on the first burn, but I couldn't really smell much of the mint. It smelled like a more natural version of Irish Spring soap. read more

I've shopped at many bath & body works locations, but this specific one is aggravating. It's small and almost always overly crowded, especially during sales. The amount of people they allow in the store at once in such a small space makes no sense. Let's discuss the "buy online, pickup in-store" process. I've ordered online for pickup at this location twice, and it took DAYS for my order to be ready. The first time, I had to call after two days to see what was going on with my order, only to be told it wasn't ready. Luckily, the associate was friendly and told me to come in because she would get my order together. Recently, I placed an online order for ONE ITEM! Three days passed before I got an email saying it was ready for pickup. I could have ordered my stuff to be shipped if I'm going to have to wait this long. This location is the only one I've been to that does this. While I was there today, someone was looking for their online order and was told it wasn't ready. She asked if she could get her two items & the associate, who I think is a team lead, told her he would see if she could because they were busy. Only to get her items, and they were, in fact, ready, but no email was sent. Ridiculous! read more

I came here recently to pick up some travel size items for my trip. I arrived a few hours before closing time but they closed the street entrance. I had to go into the mall to get into the store which was annoying. The store was crowded with stuff and it was hard to maneuver. I was able to get stuff I needed without any issue. However, I waited on line for 20 minutes because the cashiers kept taking people who were cutting the line. I don't understand what the point of a line is if you can just take anyone who comes up to the cashier. read more

I've been to this location countless times but recently during COVID times and I must say, I'm a bit disappointed. Despite the consistent sales such as the semi-annual sale for the scented candles, your best bet is to shop online. The selection in-store is very different from online. The store primarily carries the latest items versus your classic faves. Another thing I was disappointed with is the lack of social distancing. Although masks are required there isn't a clear distinction on the amount of customers allowed inside during one period of time. Who told me to do that smh now my poor hands smelled like stale pee I was livid. There should be no way this product should be selling on the shelves. There's NOTHING SWEET about this product. I literally had to use lemon to get that smell off my hands. I like this location! I come here to buy Aromatherapy products. I'll also shop here during the semi-annual sale. I basically have a second home at Target, so this location is convenient, due to being on the ground level of Atlantic Terminal. It's always crowded in here BUT the staffers are always willing to assist you. They typically have someone who greets you when you walks in, and offers you a bag. When I see companies exceeding expectations in regards to cleanliness and sanitation, it makes it hard for me to expect any less. BBW really stepped up to the plate when it comes to COVID-19 regulations. I was greeted by a masked associate offering hand sanitizer, and directed to my desired product section. There were clear markers on the floor indicating six feet distance, and you could tell which direction was for going through the store, and going to the register. I was able to grab my items quickly. The cashier made sure to wipe after the patron before me, which was a really nice touch. I'm super impressed with this location. read more

This is my favorite BBW store. Even though the parking is terrible, the customer service is top tier. The associates go out of their way to explain coupons or even help you find fragrances. The store is clean and well stocked/maintained. Never a long line that's not moving at a decent pace. My absolute favorite associate is Julia. She is amazing. I've gone in here multiple times fully intending to buy something and left empty handed every time because of the tactics the associates use of basically harassing the customer the entire time they're in the store. It's probably how they were trained but they need to tone it down a LOT. Most customers don't want to be screamed at about the deals over and over and be closely followed around while just browsing. I actively avoid sections to try to get out of 20 minute pointless conversations about scents I don't care about. I am a regular returning customer at this Bath and Body Works. I came in to buy some fragrances because there was a semi annual sale going on. I asked Sandra who is one of the managers about the fragrances and how long the sale is going to last. Sandra had to came out rude when I was asking her about it. I got pissed off and confronted Sandra. She didn't have to be coming out rude like that. She didn't even apologize for the way she spoke to me. I had to call the general manager about Sandra's behavior. I told the general manager that Sandra is a manager. Her customer service skills should be very high. Whenever I think about this store, I instantly get a headache. I am fairly certain that every employee that works in this location is given some type of happy drug before they enter the store. Maybe it's the intense fumes from all the scented candles and lotions, or maybe they're just insane. Either way, these guys are floating on a happy cloud. I personally hate this place, but a friend of mine drags me in here about once a month. My job is to stand on the ridiculously long line while she shops for whatever new scent doesn't burn her nostrils. Why is the line so long? This is another strange occurrence. There are usually 5 people doing checkout and no matter what, I'm on line for about 10-15 minutes. Also, the line is just stupid. Right after you pay, you have to squeeze yourself and your bag full of terribly over scented crap between a customer who is at the checkout next to you and a huge pillar in the middle of the store. Besides for all the annoying crap, this store is exactly what you'd expect from a B&BW. They're prices are pretty good and they always have coupons. The store has much to offer ranging from lotions to shower gels to candles, to body sprays. There's a huge variety from fruity to earthy smells. My favorites are the stress relief scents. I love this place I'm like addicted. This store is right next to the train station! This place can get crazy sometimes but I love every purchase I make. The staff is super friendly always suggesting more to buy from personal suggestions. I love the coupons here it really does go a long way. I use to be back with coupons every week when I was younger but now I guess that habit is back! This place takes all of my money but the items I get are amazing. They have a great store policy if you don't like something you can get a refund regardless if it's used or not. I waited 45 minutes on Black Friday weekend just to get some wall flowers and ended up picking up so much stuff while the line was moving (cause I got to see the store again). I came here with my friend, and we were greeted really nicely by the employees, which usually is annoying because you'd think that they're going to follow you around...but they didn't! My friend and I browsed around since there were all these sales and we ended up buying some hand sanitizers and candles, and some hand creme. While looking for some of the hand creme, I wasn't able to find it for my scent so I asked an employee, and he and another employee helped as well. It turned out that I was blind (for it was right in front of me) But they employees were glad to have helped me which is nice compared to some B&BWs I've been to where the staff were either too tired to care about you, or doesn't want to help you since they think the scents are all on display and we should just look for them instead of asking read more

On December 26, I decided to go and use my $10 off $40 coupon. There was barely any scents in the store that was in the 75% bins much less 50%. The products that they have here stink. I had to get two lotions of the same scent, four sprays of the same scent, and five of the same scent. I also got two handsoaps for a family member. Had a super disappointing & frustrating experience with An in-store order pick up. I made my order at 11 AM in the morning thinking at least by the end of the day It would be ready and I I could pick it up on the way home. I did not get a confirmatory email that the order was ready (simple order that would have taken 5 minutes to assemble), but 7 hours later, I called the store to doublecheck. They put me on hold and never returned to the call. I took a chance and went to the store and it was complete bedlam inside. It took sales associates 20 minutes to find the order in the computer, having to check multiple registers and have multiple individuals involved. It seemed really chaotic & disorganized. At the end of the day, order still had not been processed and was in a long queue of orders. Had I known it would be a 20 minute wait just to find out the order status, I would have grabbed the items from the shelf and paid. Sales associates were pleasant but not effective. read more

So I'm pretty sure we've all been to Bath & Body Works -- by now, you probably know the deal. Great smelling stuff at a great price since they're always having sales and crazy coupons. What I love about this B&BW in particular: - Location. For me, this is great because I can drop by while I'm on a Target run and/or eating lunch at Shake Shack (probably both) - Staff! Everyone here is an absolute sweetheart and *gasp* ACTUALLY HELPFUL! Any time I've been in this store and needed help, I've always been able to get it. Workers are open to holding substantial conversations with you to help you find scents and products you'll like. My favorite thing, though (and it's sad that this is notable since in theory, every store should do this) is that if you ask the workers to check whether something is in stock -- THEY ACTUALLY CHECK! They check the storage areas on the floor, they check the back stock, and they check with managers. On many occasions I've been able to snag things that were hiding in the back and on the rare occasion that something has been out of stock, I truly believed it was out of stock (and not just that workers have been too lazy to check). - Well stocked. In general, I feel like this store has more product variety and quantity than some of the Manhattan locations. All in all, I'm pretty sure this is my favorite B&BW location.
