This was "National Candle Day" and it was busy. The line was theme park style outside the store in the mall. $9.50 for 3 wick candles wouldn't normally bring me out, they have 2 for 22 sales. I did however have a $15 off $45 coupon, so my 5 wonderful candles were only $34 dollars. Great Deal and I was going to Victorias Secret anyway. I have to give Bath and Body Works props on this one. Yes, it was wall to wall shoppers and there was a 30 minute line to pay, but this store was under control. Several helpful employees were helping find items for customers, extra staff was stocking candles and 7 Cashiers were ringing up huge purchases , sometimes a few at a time so customers could use multiple coupons at once. Add in the manager approving the " I forgot my coupon" squeelers with a small discount to keep it all smooth and you have a well oiled machine with 0 visibly frazzled employees. They even give you a coupon at check out so your encouraged to come back soon. Great Job Bath and Body Works.

Once a year sale 3 wick candles for $9.50 usually $24.50 ONE DAY SALE!

This location is always pretty crowded but that's to be expected. I love the variety and large stack of products they always seem to have on hand I was concerned about the long lines but they go pretty quickly.

The soaps and candles I chose this time.

I was planning a trip up North to visit my Mom and Dad and wanted to bring Mom the soaps she loves so much. She is getting up there in the years, so I like to bring her things that are hard for her to get. Besides, I was running low on my own soap supplies, too. This is a very nice clean store with beautiful products and friendly and helpful employees. I bought some soaps for both of us, and a few tiny candles. PRO TIP: I love to take a tiny little candle with me when I travel to burn in my hotel room. It makes it feel a bit more warm and cozy. You can get your soaps in regular form, or my preferred form...foaming. I just love the way they feel so silky. This time I just duplicated for my Mom what I bought for myself. She and I are very close and we like a lot of the same things. Must be because we are both Aries? I don't know! The retail sales people are eager to show you the differences in all their products and will even assist you in trying out the soaps at their testing sink, so you find just the perfect scents to your particular liking. So this time I chose Sea Island Cotton (an old favorite), and three new ones: Limoncello, Blushing Tulips & Peonies, French Lavender, and two tiny candles: Sugared Peony Petals and Fresh Cut Lilacs. She loves them as much as I do :)

Came to around $23 which is great because I got a lot for my money.

And then there's the accessories: pillars and stands and surrounds to display your candles-the super fun Wallflowers holders and liquid scents, the cute mini hand sanitizers and oh my!!! It takes everything I have not to buy one of everything! They have great specials throughout the year-look for those. There's a rewards program, too. They have certain scents that are available year round, and they also have fabulous seasonal lines that come in, too. As of July 31, 2026, they were loaded with fall and Halloween scents. That's a whole lot of Autumn yum(n)! This store is in the Regency Square shops, across SR 60 from Brandon Mall. I think it's been there since about 2020, but check me on that. This plaza has a very large parking lot-and so many fun other stores to go to. But it's busy. Getting into and out of that lot can be a little hectic and on weekends, you might have to park a ways from this store-but it's fun to see brick and mortar so busy and vital! I love it! The store is clean and well organized and is so well staffed, by nice people. They know how to get you in and out-and they make great suggestions. Take it from a dedicated and devoted B&BW honeydew melon girl of the 90s: this is good stuff!!! I'll see you there!

I thought this store was too big, loud, and hard to find products…read more I guess I expected to be more like Hobby Lobby and I felt it was more like Dollar Tree. They did have lots of soft blankets for sale and the clearance section had decent prices. We could not find items easily that we were looking for and didn't seem to find anyone to help that wasn't on a register. If you're looking to shop early for a holiday at full price they have it (Easter, 4th of July, St Patrick's day) I suggest waiting for the clearance prices. This store was too impersonal and commercial for me.

It's also a great place for holiday décor sales. The Halloween & Thanksgiving items are 75% off, and the Christmas items are 50% off as of January 2024. Unfortunately, this last visit was a mixture of the good and the ugly. The good was that they are stocking even more items than ever before. If you can't find it anywhere else for a good price, then you'll definitely find it here. The employees are always very nice & helpful. The ugly was the restroom situation. I should have known right away when I saw the dirty door leading into the restroom. I'm not exaggerating when I say it is absolutely atrocious. I certainly hope that the employees have their own private bathroom. To add insult to injury, they had no paper towels or toilet paper in the dispensers. Most likely because they were all rusted and falling apart. The toilet paper roll was just sitting on top of the toilet tank lid. The paper towel roll was by the sink. How many hands have touched these paper product rolls? It was horrifying! I had to use my own hand sanitizer after touching that towel roll. The only thing operational in that restroom was the soap dispenser on the wall. Honestly, I don't remember it ever being this unsanitary. I hope management can get with their corporate office to get a total renovation. It's very sad.

This is got to be my 7-10 trip here and never have I ever once been I impressed.... I've been let…read moredown the last few times but never truly let down. The last few times I ended up walking out without purchasing any thing this time I was out of some of my favorites, leave for a trip tomorrow, and did not have a choice other than to purchase it in person nearby. There was an ungodly amount of people working there. However, there would either be two people helping one person or groups of employees standing around, drinking Starbucks and talking. At one point there is no one at the register with 10 people in line, and then at other points, you would just see employees, casually walk away and texts on their cell phones. I try to ask for help more than once, but could not get their attention to save my life and gave up. I found most of my items like going I'll buy I'll. Sephora was my favorite place in Dallas so it's where I always get my make up but this is an absolute nightmare - at one point I think it was obvious that I was irritated and about to take a picture of three people gossiping with Starbucks orders, and a young man came over and I'm not sure what he said but then he asked how my day was going with an attitude because I asked him what he said because I couldn't hear him the first time and then when I was leaning over to grab some thing asked me what I was looking for and I said the brand that was right in front of me and he was like well look no further it's right in front of you, as if I was blind, and could not see it..... it was utterly painful Lastly, I finally get in line and there's about 15 people in front of me three people get on the register and the line is starting to go down and move quickly than one person peels off and there's two and then I finally get up and a girl looks at me look down at my stuff and goes yeah, the next broken. Check you out signs off and leaves and gets on her phone.... The other girl had an issue with the person she was checking out so it was another 5+ minutes and then finally when I get checked out she asks if I found everything ok and I said barely and asked who helped me and I said no one- and she seemed shocked and repeated it and I reinforced not a single sole... she wasn't thrilled or nice afterwards - I'm guessing she didn't like my answer but don't know what to tell her when I pretty much got the opposite of help and wanted to gtf out of there .. As I leave, the lines long and 2 people behind the check out are hanging and then as I'm walking out I find the other group hanging out. For as much staff as they have here, the place should be immaculate, wells stocked, and great help ... maybe I have high expectations of Sephora from my Dallas experience, but even when it was slammed during the holidays, it was far better than this. What a waste of money having this many people doing so few things. You cannot pay me to go back to this location ....
