The woman who helped us check out would tell us what we could get for free and if we went and grabbed something that was the same as an item would make it cheaper. She was very helpful. The women walking around let us know what was on sale. With a 9 and 13 year old girls just filling their baskets you never know if they are paying attention to the signs. Every year I order 12 or more candles at a time from this company, and there is always a broken or crushed one in the poorly packed box. The problem comes when you call customer service. My order was placed in early December and it did not show up on my account. They don't update the accounts. The latest order they had for me was last August! They also expect you to open the candle box with the crushed candle in it to tell them what the name of the scent is and if it doesn't match up with the current nonexistent order, then they say they can't give you a refund. I am done. I will not be ordering from this company ever again! I will only shop for candles at small businesses in my community from now on which I should have done in the first place. read more

Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior from the assistant manager. My daughter was looking for a bigger bottle spray in a drawer that's available and the assistant manager gets in her face and proceeds to yell: "Don't open the drawer. This is not Victoria's Secret. I work here and I am the assistant manager!!!" I was appalled at her approaching my daughter like that and I had to protect her back and say; "ok but you don't need to yell you can kindly ask". I could believe how unprofessional she was. She should be embarrassed for behaving this way. Also FYI my daughter doesn't shop at Victoria's Secret. read more

Horrible customer service at this location! Cashier did not let me input my phone number for rewards, she skipped it and didn't even ask about the app. I couldn't access the app on my phone due to bad service inside the store so I had a saved screen shot of my barcode and she refused to scan my "screenshot for security reasons " I was also over charged and didn't not receive the advertised promo. Always check your receipts. I will be contacting customer service for my missed points. Definitely will not be returning to this store. They need to hire more people friendly staff! I've always had good experiences at other locations now I know why it has such bad reviews! read more

This is a typical B&BW store. Nothing special except the location is in a beautiful Old Mill District if Bend. The staff are in my opinion less helpful than other B&w stores Ive been in. Their selection / quantities seem lesser than other stores also. There seemed to be hardly anyone in here, maybe a result of marginal variations of their product line? Its a nice store, generic, and I wasn't overly impressed. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience at this store, yesterday. I was so excited to walk in because where I moved to, there isn't a Bath & Body Works, and I hadn't been to one for 3 years. First off, I know how Limited Brands works. I worked at Victoria's Secret for 5 years. I know they tell you to engage a lot. And I also know that they tell you to engage A LOT MORE when you think someone is stealing. Within my first few minutes of being in the store, only one person came up to me. They were helpful, I told them how excited I was to be in the store, and I moved a long. Then, another person approached me, and I thanked them, and moved along. They then started to follow me. It made me extremely uncomfortable, so I decided to move to a different part of the store. I also noticed employees looking at me and talking over the headsets. Then, I literally couldn't go one minute without having another employee ask me if I was finding everything alright. I was observant of how they treated other customers... nobody else was getting the same treatment. Soon, it became not only annoying, but uncomfortable, as I knew what they were thinking of me. I had a small backpack on, and it was on my back and closed. I don't know how they thought I was going to steal anything, and more importantly, I have no clue WHY. I was just so excited and happy to be there, and even if I hadn't known why they were harassing me so much, it would have still felt incredibly annoying. I went in, intending to take advantage of the sale, and to buy items that I hadn't had the opportunity to buy for years.... needless to say, they missed out on what would have been an almost $200 purchase because they made me feel like s**t. I don't intend to ever go back there. And I plan to contact corporate about my experience. Do better. read more

It's a pretty small shop so they don't carry everything I needed but the associates were helpful and tried their best to find what I needed. It was also a little crowded when I went in but they seemed fairly on top of it and were able to help people quickly and efficiently. read more

Horrible customer service! Went to adjust a 216.00 purchase (241.00) in savings and they would only help me if I brought everything back in. It's a ton of candles, blankets and sprays.
