They pour all of them right there! There was a great selection of sizes, scents and jars. I love that they have lilac, basically my ultimate favorite scent. It can be harder to find. I left with a giraffe candle and a lilac candle (in addition to my wax melts). The shop does take credit cards but there is a four percent fee if you pay that way. I don't know the answer to this riddle, but I can tell you that three customer service agents is not enough. And 32 minutes is not enough time to figure it out. THEN, they will get another customer service agent who will send you back to the lampshade aisle that STILL has zero lampshades on the shelves. Over and over - it's an infinite loop of incompetence here. So now I am leaving H.D. and I'm heading over to Target to replace my lampshade.
