The full service I contracted for was: trim the crepe canopy back by 1/3, full yard mow, leaf clean up, and flower bed clean out. Bottom Line Up Front: I was not pleased - but this company came and made things right by me within 12 hours. While their attention to detail could use a little focus, their customer service is fabulous - and the reason I will stay a customer. The day of the scheduled service I was at work, but watching the service via my security cameras. As I watched I saw the crew working on the tree. I frantically called the office, and explained how it looked to me that the crew was removing the tree, which I did not want. Patiently, the man on the other end of the line informed me that this was a proper prune for a crepe myrtle - a fact which I did not know as I have never owned a property with this kind of tree before. He did contact the crew and advise them of my concerns, and while they did complete a proper full pruning (which - to be fair - is not what I asked for, but needed to be done and will ultimately help the tree) they finished with the tree. When I got home, I noticed they did not clean out the flower bed, as per the agreed upon quote. And here is where they won me over. I took a picture, sent and email and called. The following morning, two men called and came to my property. I spoke with Michael, showed him the flower bed, and the confirmatory email I had sent specifying exactly what I wanted. He agreed that I had requested the service, and they did not perform it and they immediately took care of it. Michael wasn't defensive, he didn't have an attitude, he wasn't impatient. He was apologetic, professional, and fast. They got it done. At the end of the day, you always have to communicate clearly. But even when you do, things sometimes get lost in translation. I greatly appreciate working with a company that truly WANTS customers to be happy, and takes the time to respond professionally to concerns by making things right. Thanks EP Mowing!

Ballard cleans up all debris and sweeps driveways clean after all the work is done. Ballard gives you a definitive estimate of the cost weeks before the job begins. I keep records of the costs and I have compared it to others. They are very reasonable for the type of work done. I had one "drive by" individual who asked if I needed to take a tree down that had been hit lightning. When I asked the salesperson what his price to remove was, I was given a cost that was 3 times more than what Ballard had given me. So, I think Ballard is in a good price range for what they do. Finally, safety is important. I don't think you want anyone falling from a tree on your property. It can ruin everyones day. The owner, Tim Ballard assured us that his proposed design would address the situation and provided a work warranty for future adjustments. 6 months after installation, we contacted the company and Mr. Ballard directly requesting that he reevaluate the work and make adjustments because the initial problem still existed. 4 months later...and many phone calls, text messages, emails, and conversations with their sophisticated AI secretary, NOTHING has been done.

They came every two weeks to cut the grass but today will be there last day. While cutting her grass something flew and hit the glass on the front door and it shattered. She let them know and they came and looked. He explained his brother deal with glass work and windows and would he will repair it for free and he told her she wouldn't have to pay for the grass being cut this time due to the damaged. Once the door was repaired she noticed how the sliding part was hard to move around and let him know of that issue and he stated he will oil it for her then he asked for a payment for the grass being cut and she repeated what he told her about how the grass cut will be free. He replied back and said I just said that cause I was coming back to fix the glass. They talked back and forth about it and in a rude manner he told her she can find someone else to fix the door and the grass and left. My grandmother is a 85 year old women who lives on her own and I feel like they tried to get over on her for the damage they made...I will not recommend them to no one and will be letter others in the neighborhood who use them know of this behavior!
