The beer, food and ambiance were great. After order our only planned food, we stayed and ordered two more items just because the first was so good.

It's a great craft beer bar and ice cream shop inside casa Augustin garden. Love the vibe and they serve freshly made pop corns to go with the beer. They have dark, pale ale, stout. The flavors for ice cream are ube, avocado and sweet corn

There's a sign that states where the line starts with poles guiding people as to where they should be falling in line. Like numerous others, I didn't see the sign. People started falling in line by the window, which is where I was sitting. I eventually moved my seat. Now, I totally understand what the hype is all about. They offer fruits, sauces, and crunch options that other frozen yogurt companies do not offer. While I was falling in line, someone was writing down what I wanted to order. I was impressed that she upsold me. I was asked which option I wanted. I opted for a cup or tub. Then she asked if I wanted a medium or a large. She didn't ask if I wanted a small, medium, or large. I'm thankful I ordered a medium! The couple behind me had a slight misunderstanding because the female ordered small for them to share. He didn't sound happy with her choice. Eventually, she changed the order to a larger size. I knew that I wanted mango. I am thankful that the employee suggested the Biscoff crunch and sauce. Oh my gosh, I slowly ate my yogurt. I wanted to enjoy every crunch with the sauce and yogurt. They gave a generous amount of everything. I would highly recommend llaollao!

Manila Creamery is something to watch out for. As of now, they don't have a physical store yet as they have only recently launched last April 2015 at EDSA BDG, however you will find their humble stall in bazaars and event functions for the time being. It's a start up business by two young individuals but don't be fooled for they deliver you nothing but quality! They have the staple flavor selections but have also created their own unique trademark flavors. When you are able to catch them on bazaars, I suggest you try the cereal milk flavor! It's one of their own unique creations. This one is very promising! I must say, Manila Creamery is almost at par with my own personal favorite gelato brand!

They only use fresh ingredients of high quality to make delicious and unique flavors for everyone to enjoy. I came across their pop-up store in Glorietta 4 and tasted all the flavors available. These flavors were Vanilla Almond, Coffee, Kinder Bueno, Pistachio, Double Chocolate, Black Sesame and my personal favorite that day, Mangga't Suman. Its main ingredients were Mango and a famous Filipino delicacy called Suman which is a rice-based dessert. Everything tasted good, that's for sure! Their gelato was carefully made and tested. I could really tell because of how it was rich and flavorful. I think if I did a blind taste test, I'd know more or less what the main ingredients were! I'm not much of a dessert kind of person but Manila Creamery's gelato has made its mark on my taste buds. I can't wait till their next pop up! Know their whereabouts through their Facebook page (Manila Creamery) and Instagram account (@mnlcreamery). Talking about it can only go as far so go and try their exciting flavors for yourselves!

The place is tucked away in this charming historic building with high ceilings, antique touches everywhere, and that perfect mix of Spanish elegance and warm Filipino vibes. We started with the classic adobo and some crispy pata that was perfectly crunchy outside and tender inside--seriously flavorful without being greasy. Then the highlight was the stuffed chicken relleno; juicy, packed with chorizo goodness, and that gravy just tied it all together. Ended with the famous sampaguita ice cream--never had anything like it, floral and refreshing in the best way, like eating flowers but in dessert form. Service was attentive and friendly, they even remembered our drinks without us asking twice. Parking was easy in their private lot too. Such a lovely, relaxed meal in the middle of the city--definitely one of my favorite spots now. Five stars all the way!
