They've built a super safe, family-oriented environment where everyone feels welcome. It's not just where I train, it's where I go to meetup with some of my best friends. People here are genuine, they show up for each other inside and outside the gym. I think that what most new comers (experienced and inexperienced) will appreciate is how beginner-friendly we are. Everyone remembers being new, there's no shortage of volunteers to work with you, no one makes you feel like your a nuisance just support, so whether your brand new or just shaking off some rust it's all good. That welcoming vibe is the reason I stuck with it, and it's something we all try to pass on to the next person who walks in. Truly grateful we found this place. It's been huge for both me and my son.

Raising the doors allows all of the freeways pollutants to enter your workout area. Putting the equipment outside causes the pollutant levels to rise further. Ryan is a great boxing coach and even without a ring he makes the boxing experience worth it but boxing with no boxing ring is definitely a bummer specially when it comes to sparring.
