The other gyms also weren't as clean. 10th Planet drills technique, and works on implementing the technique. If your putting in the work you're going to get a great workout. 10 th planet is also extremely clean. the sauna is large, clean and has a TV and music which is better than any gym sauna ive ever been in. They sanitize the mats after every single class. They have a shower and two bathrooms so that gives members the ability to take care of themselves and facility. The coaches do a great job, ensuring that no matter the level of skill, you are getting the work in you need and they are trying to help you get better at the craft.

Sampa BJJ was completely different from the very first interaction. They responded quickly, gave us a clear price range without any pressure, and were incredibly welcoming to our daughter on her first day. They even offered a free two-week trial with no strings attached, which showed they were confident in what they had to offer and genuinely wanted families to experience the gym before making a commitment. Since then, we've signed up and they have continued to exceed the expectations they set from day one. My daughter now trains in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing, and we attend classes three to four times a week. Cisco is honestly one of my favorite instructors I had while I trained at UCLA's martial arts program. He is kind and patient and a kick-ass martial artist!! He is trained in many kinds of kickboxing like Muy Thai and Savate, and plenty of other arts too. He knows a lot of secrets when it comes to sparring (and life in general) and is more than happy to share his wisdom with you in class. He's really good at giving you specific things to work on that will up your game - so get to class and get training!

They offer personal training, online training, bootcamps, zumba, meal preps, and they have a smoothie bar for your pre/post workout needs. I personally train with Kyle and he's pushed me to do things I never thought I could do. I use to hate going to the gym and working out, but now that I have someone telling me what to do and how to do it correctly, I genuinely enjoy working out now. When you become a member of this gym, it's like you join a new family. I, like any normal human being, have my days where I just don't feel like going to the gym, but once I'm there, Kyle is able to motivate me and push me through my workout, all while still having a good time. If I need to reschedule one of my planned days to go in, it's never an issue. & if I cancel a day, Kyle is on it to make sure I make it up, he truly cares about your healthy lifestyle and wants to help you achieve your goals. Brenda, who is one of the owners and teaches as well is a gem!!! Brenda has taught me so much about my body and just breathing really. She constantly reminds me of my body mechanics, which is so important with Pilates. I have corrected so much of my posture thru out my daily living because of Brenda. Brenda pays attention to each individual in class and teaches the class with all of us in mind for that hour. Brenda has changed my life and I am in love with her and the studio. If you seek a quiet yoga ambiance, you may not enjoy practicing here. They do offer free yoga classes on Saturdays if you want to see for yourself. Street and lot parking available and you don't have to pay.
