I recently joined their Muay Thai classes, and I'm so glad I did. It's very beginner-friendly and welcoming, even if you've never done anything like this before. Recently, I found myself bringing my 9‑year‑old -- and I'm so grateful we did. My son never really found his place in sports. We tried football, soccer, baseball -- nothing clicked. But the moment he stepped into this studio, something changed. He found comfort, confidence, and a sense of belonging that we hadn't seen before. I truly believe it's because of the teaching approach here. The senseis don't just teach martial arts and self‑defense. They teach discipline, respect, focus, and responsibility. They meet each child where they are and bring out the best in them. You can feel the patience, the structure, and the genuine care they put into every class. Watching my son grow here -- not just in skill, but in character -- has been incredible. Villatoro Bushido MA is more than a martial arts studio. It's a community, a support system, and a place where kids learn to believe in themselves. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a positive, empowering environment for their child.
