I would have given 5 stars but, I gave 4 because they recently installed a full sized octagon ring in the gym that takes up waaaay too much valuable space, where only few people use the octagon and sometimes no one is in there. It seems really unnecessary to have such a giant ring in there to take up all that previously usable space. It is a lot more cramped in there now.

This is a fun night out!…read more Boxing is an amazing Sport. I really admire and respect the heart and dedication of a fighter. What is great about All Star Boxing Events is that these are local, club fights. The venues alternate. Mainly they are held at Quiet Cannon in Montebello or the Bonaventure Hotel Downtown Los Angeles. The ballrooms are relatively small , so every seat is good one. Not at all like being at the Staples Center or other larger arenas where you have to watch the fights on the screen because the ring is so far away. You can see all the action from anywhere in the ballroom. The fighters are up and coming fighters, who really give it their all. They bring with them guys/gals from their gyms, their friends and family to cheer them on. The energy in the air is electric! There is ample parking, a full bar, drinks, beer, food, sexy ring girls and a DJ. You may even see a celebrity guest or two in attendance, along with current and former world champions and Olympians.
