I would have given 5 stars but, I gave 4 because they recently installed a full sized octagon ring in the gym that takes up waaaay too much valuable space, where only few people use the octagon and sometimes no one is in there. It seems really unnecessary to have such a giant ring in there to take up all that previously usable space. It is a lot more cramped in there now.

I typically go once or twice a week, it's all the exercise I realistically get nowadays and yet I've actually gotten noticeably better cardio and strength. If you're on the fence about it I'd say give it a try. The classes are honestly hard but you can take it at your own pace, and it only gets easier.
