My first time here and I tried the Titans strength training class, and it was one of my favorite classes I've ever taken. Both instructors were super warm and friendly, yet professional. They were great at making sure everyone had the proper form and doing the exercises correctly. They also did a great job welcoming me to the studio and explaining how everything works. The workout was in a circuit format and I loved that it didn't get repetitive. Best part was the community - everyone was super friendly and had a great vibe. I will definitely return to try their other workouts. read more

I've really fallen in love with this style of training. It's nice compared to going to a gym for me because I don't have to think. I don't have to worry about whether the squat rack is open or if the machine i want is taken. I don't have to think about what body parts to target. I just have to show up, do the exercises with everyone else and just focus on getting better at them. Everyone here is really nice and supportive especially the instructors Sherry and Vicky, and you'll definitely get stronger if you keep going. I typically go once or twice a week, it's all the exercise I realistically get nowadays and yet I've actually gotten noticeably better cardio and strength. If you're on the fence about it I'd say give it a try. The classes are honestly hard but you can take it at your own pace, and it only gets easier. One thing I love is that there's a sense of teamwork even if you're doing your own workouts. It makes me work harder seeing other people try hard. Overall definitely worth it read more

F45 Diamond Bar is by far one of the best gyms you can visit if you're looking to get in shape, stronger, burn fat, or just get some solid exercise in. F45 has it all. It's the all-in-one workout that focuses on functional strength, HIIT combined with cardio and resistance training. We use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, exercise machines, your own body weight with a lot of plyometric and calisthenics exercise. Like I said they have it all. This is not an easy workout if you go at the full intensity you're supposed to go. What I love about F45 is that there is always variation of movements and regimens the instructors put together every week. It's never the same. You're constantly shocking your muscles and body by constantly mixing the workouts up. What's also cool is that everyone in the class is doing the same exercises but everyone rotates stations. So you're all in on the pain together lol. And it doesn't matter your fitness level. You can be a beginner and do this or even an advanced lifter like myself and still get a killer workout. The first class I took with Berry was awesome. I went 100% and I felt sore for the next 4 days! It was good for me because I am a gym rat that does the same routine daily. It's good to come and mix it up and do something different. The classes are truly diverse with all ages, fitness levels and men and women. This location also has clean bathrooms, water station, and drinks for purchase. Every now and then they have Nutrishop come in to sell supplements to the members at a discounted rate. So cool! All the instructors are pros, and are there to guide you and pump you up so you can get the ultimate workout! I have 3 gym memberships and this is by far the one I make sure I go to at least a few times a week. Highly recommend! read more

After years of ignoring my husband's attempts to get me to exercise, a friend finally forcibly dragged me to a gym. I tried a variety of small Gyms and studios before discovering F45. The first thing I noticed was how friendly both the staff and other exercisers were. The next thing I noticed was that the music was super fun (think 90s-early 2000s hits). Finally, I realized F45 was the best for me because there's so much variety and constant movement, I don't have a chance to get bored! I only have one day per week I can consistently commit to exercise, and the program/equipment is different each time. Shout out to Vickey and Berry, who are very encouraging and energetic. Thank you for motivating me and helping me feel stronger. read more

Tina and Jacey are the two coaches I've had classes with, and they were both great! I sign up for classes via ClassPass, and I always have a great time at F45. They have different types of classes and have a very substantial schedule. This location is clean and has ample parking. read more

First time visit and I really enjoyed my work out here. The facility was clean and spacious. Chris was the trainer during my visit and he was great, he explained how the place worked and that they do circuit training and alternate cardio with strength training throughout the week. He was so full of positive energy, assured me that it was no problem if I needed a break at any point, and was helpful with showing me how to do the moves if I got confused. The facility has screens towards the front to show you how to do the move if you aren't sure or need a reminder. I like the diversity of the clientele - men, women, all backgrounds, ages, and levels of experience. You start at one station and rotate to the next station after your exercise is complete. You can pick the weight that is most comfortable for you to use, but a lot of it was also using your own body weight. Exercises were a good balance of easy and challenging workouts, enough to work me out where I felt good afterwards about it, not exhausted and annoyed. I was paired up with another member who was doing the exercises with me and she was friendly and encouraging as well. Plenty of parking available outside of the gym. It's located next to the Ace Hardware shop. read more

I'm a member at a different F45 location and visit the F45 Diamond Bar about 4-5 times a month using the passport feature. This location is easy to find with plenty of parking, right in the same complex as Sprouts and The Coffee Bean. The energy here is great, and I always leave feeling accomplished. Barry, one of the owners, stands out for his motivational coaching. He's always encouraging me to challenge myself and lift heavier, which I really appreciate. His feedback has helped pushed me to keep going, and it would make for an even greater experience to see more of that same hands-on approach from all the trainers. I've noticed that some of the noon coaches arrive right when class starts or during the demos, and I think a little more structure around start times could help everyone get the most out of the sessions so we are in and out within 45 minutes. Other F45 locations provide a microfiber towels to utilize for equipment wipe-downs instead of just having solely the spray bottles and a rag. Having a microfiber towel during class at the DB location would be a nice way to promote gym etiquette and hygiene while keeping the space fresh for everyone! Overall, I'm a big fan of the F45 franchise and truly appreciate Barry for always creating a welcoming environment. read more

Great gym to get what your day of to a great start! Barry is one of my favorite coaches, has very high energy and will push you to your limits! He will remember how much you lifted and what your max is and always gives you the look like you could go heavier. read more

Went for the first time and it was great. It's fast paced, but you can go at your speed. A fun way to get in a full body workout if you're short on time. Movements and exercises were explained before the class so you're not going through the workout blindly. Get ready to sweat! read more

I'm at a loss of words of what to say. Just a few tips for future potential customers based on my experience: 1) Do not trust what they say, whether verbally or in written communication. 2) Review your contract very carefully, word by word. If at all possible don't sign a contract. 3) Ask to see the cancellation and pausing terms (which ARE NOT shown on your contract or website). Understand that you will be charged for pausing and cancellation. 4) Be prepared for physical injury (unless you're very experienced in fitness training). 5) Business just wants your money. 6) If you have better options I'd suggest go somewhere else. read more

Excellent studio and trainers! I have enjoyed my experience training here over the past two months. I like the mix of classes and exercises. After a long year of more due to Covid I stopped working out at a place in Chino that I won't name. Just about three weeks ago I started realizing that if I don't get my a** up and start over again then I'm going to go back to square one. Of course got on Facebook, Instagram & google. Found many places but it didn't quite fit my needs. I came across F45 and read about them and there services. I was impressed and said I will give it a try. They offered me a 7 day trial. Worked out the first day & it was such a pleasure not only cause of the staff, the equipment, coordination, cleanliness, etc. I can go on and on! Well guess what people!! I signed up right after my first class and also signed my husband up as well. Trust me this place is amazing and you will most definitely not regret it! Thank you Stephen and staff for everything!! Addicting way to become buff and fit. You will very quickly become the best version of yourself with the help of the coaches. This gym has AMAZING music, nice equipment and everything is state of the art. Sometimes it's nice to just be in a pumped up environment that encourages you to push yourself but to your own limits. It's only 45 minute classes which really ends up being thirty minutes of HIIT work outs since you get a break between each workout. It's a great community of people too. You learn to recognize the same faxes every morning. read more

Joining F45 Diamond Bar was one of the best decisions I made. Not, because I have gotten in great shape in just 2 months since joining, but because I have joined a great family. Stephen the owner, and the trainers go above and beyond for everyone. I know they care about each client and helping them achieve their goals. In these crazy times where gyms are closed and some places do boot camps outside , Stephen literally took the inside and put it outside and everyday day we do a signature F45 workout with all the equipment. He takes pride to keep us safe and everything clean. I know others F45's are open but not the way he has made it for his clients. Our happiness and satisfaction are his #1 priority and I would drive an hour just to go to this location if I had to! read more

The music gets you going early in the morning and you're dripping in sweat by the end. Stephen the manager is very kind and always checking in with the customers.
