I called and explained to him that I would not be moving forward with the Unlawful Detainer he put in for me because it would just be thrown out, because the previous paperwork was not sound. He said that's my choice. I pressed a refund for the $845 I spent there, that amounted to nothing, and he said he would give me $120. Still waiting for it.
