Hello summer first of all the story is all misleading! You guys should check the cameras to see what really happened that day! You guys should provide more training to your staff member Elizabeth!!! She is very passive aggressive toward customers!!! Regardless of the issue there is a way to talk to customers, not humiliate and kick them out like we are dogs! I'm sure your goal is to strive to at least provided the best customer service to each customer! So before you come out and post what your employee is telling you, you should fallow on the camera to make sure your employee is doing her job correctly! The woman that helped me were very nice, the paperwork was done correctly. Legal Express, chosen by a family member, prepared documents related to a family real estate matter. All family members involved had to sign documents that were notarized. I reviewed the paperwork and it all looked in order so I signed and asked for a copy of all paperwork I was signing. Legal express refused to provide me a copy and only gave one copy to my family member. It is beyond unprofessional that all persons who sign legal documents would not be provided copies of what they have signed off on, I have never had this happen with a real attorney and will not use or agree to use this service again. read more

I paid for conservatorship papers on 8/2/2019. Was told 1-2 weeks when I paid them. 2 weeks go by, then it's all of a sudden 6 weeks. But not 6 normal weeks. 6 business weeks so 42 business days or about 8 weeks. After documents were complete they missed a signature so I had to come back and sign again. They missed another signature and have to come back today. Lied to me. Mislead me. Made mistakes and my conservatorship is still not complete. I've never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. Meanwhile my dad is sitting in the hospital waiting for this paperwork. They don't care. I would not have used this company had I know it was going to take this long. Obviously the lies and mistakes are unacceptable. This company is criminal in my opinion. read more

We went to Legal Express about a Trust. We changed our minds and returned the next day to tell the woman running the place that we were going to cancel our transaction. This was within the allowable time. We had charged this on our Discover Card. When we canceled the woman told us it would take 8 to 10 weeks to get our money back. When we did not get our money back we went back and they claimed that their accountant claimed not to have gotten the cancellation notice and they would return our money "in an expedited manner". That was about a month ago. We got our credit card company involved as well but they have had no success as yet. Do Not use Legal Express. They do not do business in a legal ethical way. I had one of the simplest divorce agreement and even wrote it on their premade paperwork. They kept swearing they would have it one day then the next day and the next and so on. I called Legal Express Paralegal Service and the phone was answered by Nancy. She talked very fast and it was hard understanding her, she was rude and then I got disconnected. I called back and told her I had been cut off as she answered again. Nancy began arguing with me with pressured speech talking rapidly. She said, "No, you were put on hold", obviously in a very mood. I decided it would not be worth calling back again, due her aggressively rude behavior that is unexceptable, as it reflects the owners she works for. The person who first answers the phone of any business gives the first impression. I never do business with people who are rude to me. Why waste my money when there are better paralegal services.
