He set up an appointment with us to speak with him directly about our case with waiving the consultation fee. John Bigler went above and beyond for us and sent us in the right direction and gave us some tips on how to to proceed on our own. He gave us advice and referred us to an attorney that would be perfect in our budget range. Yes there was a rough patch and could have went differently in the beginning but the action Mr. bigler took to fix the situation and help us knowing that ours hands were tied and more than willing to go above and beyond, I deeply appreciate. First review: Spoke with this lawyer in person after seeing him in court and he heard some of the case, we asked him for a quote and his retainer at that date and time was $6,500 minimum. We had just started a custody case. I spoke with family and my husband and we decided to make an appointment 2 days later. We were told that the consultation fee was $100 and 30 minutes before the appointment I get a call and he ups the price of the retainer to $10,000. He hadn't even gone over the case completely or had heard what we were going for. I will never refer this office, this is NOT how you do business. A perfect example as to how you take advantage of people who desperately need help.
