I ended up deciding to wait and see if the warranty company covers our AC unit after moving it but I spent $100 on this guys services for him to completely ignore me after. I called to let them know. We made it to his office around 4:15pm. I was asked to fill out a form. The furniture was old, torn, and very low to the ground. I saw a high chair with books on it. I asked if I can remove the books because the couches are too low for us to sit down. I removed the books. I filled out the paper while my husband stood there and waited. I told the secretary my husband knees are bone on bone. So, I filled out the paperwork and gave my husband my seat. I stood there waiting to be seen. I finally asked, "What are we waiting for, are they not available?" She stated, "Your appointment was at 4 o'clock?" I said, "Yes, but we called. Are they with someone?" A gentleman walked out of an office, literally next to the secretary's desk and said, I can see you now. I asked, was you there the whole time. He said, "Yes, I was checking/answering my emails." I said, "Seriously, you are checking your emails?" He said, "Yes." I looked at my husband and said, "We're leaving." I could not believe a lawyer or staff can be so insensitive. I guess his emails were more important than a new client.
