It seems legitimately old and worn, if its a reproduction someone has some serious skills. I read that a lot of items come from Asia (I saw a lot from India) and apparently they have buyers that just go out and look for this type of eclectic furniture in bulk and one offs. Rugs are some of the best deals I have seen (good quality and good price). If you need a piece to really stand out (and no one else has) this is the place to go! They also have free popcorn and fruit drink in the front for customers!

I've shopped at this Ballard Designs outlet a few time and can say that the experience is…read moreconsistently just fine across the board. The staff are helpful and the prices are definitely reduced, but the items in the store usually have scratches, dents, or other flaws. That being said, you can often find items that you can easily patch yourself or display in a way that minimizes the damage, if you're okay with that. I was nervous to visit during the pandemic, but we wanted to visit since we've been remodeling our house during the lockdown. The staff greeting shoppers outside were friendly and had hand sanitizer for everyone. They provided recommendations for social distancing in-store and explained when large item pick up would be. Once we got into the store, however, the idea of social distancing was out the window. Everyone had a mask on, but there were constantly people all around me, in the narrow aisle ways, squeezing past instead of taking a way around that was clearly available but would require a few more steps. I felt relatively uncomfortable and unsafe inside. As far as the products for sale go, they have a great variety -- chandeliers, lamps, sheets, curio cabinets, chairs, sofas, dining tables and chairs-- you name it! The prices are deeply discounted and the store even runs sales on top of the low prices. I found a unique lamp, a dining room chandelier, a laundry room light, and a chandelier for our rental property. Overall, my experienced at the Ballard Designs outlet was successful in terms of shopping, but the social distancing was lacking, so I felt nervous being there.

They have a nice selection of jewelry always and at fairly reasonable prices. They have some designed brands as well in clothing and in shoes. They also have modern home decor. I will stop in here again sometime to check them out.

I don't come here regularly, but it's cool because every time I go they have a whole new crop of buyouts, closeouts, or different odds and ends. The prices are more than reasonable, they are downright cheap. I signed up for a loyalty card the last time I was there. It's not like a Kroger Plus card where you need it to get advertised prices, though. Instead, it just kind of accumulates points for the money you spend there and when you hit a certain mark you get a reward of some sort. Not sure what it is. And if you fill in your email address they send you special "members only" coupons and sale adverts. The stuff at Ollie's is already super-cheap, so 20% off of super-cheap is, like, super-duper-cheap. I'm a fan!

A woman working at the front desk looked only at my friend and said their bag policy and they needed to keep her bag at the front desk or we needed to put them in our car. She did not notice I had my bag with me as well until I asked if she was talking about both of us. She said yes and we gave her our bags. After this we walked through the store and we saw multiple people walking around with bags the same size as ours and some even bigger than ours. I understand bag policies and there was a sign at the front saying "no large bags" however we had normal sized purses and only my friend was noticed. We left very shortly after this.
