I'm a big baskin robbins lover. Drove from Southern California, had to stop here. Was different as it shared property with another business, pretty cool. Came in and loved how they had all flavors and many options on cones. We loved them

Trash

Service was fine. Not many people in there. There was just a lot of trash on the floor like if they were busy and couldn't make the time to clean up the trash on the floor.

I ended up here not by choice. My 2 year old took it upon herself to be, well, her age and not be able to sit through the movie we were watching. Incredibles 2 I must add. (80s made me but 90s raised me). One word. Nostalgic. Okay... back to my review... sorry... I'm a rambler. Official review- first thing I noticed was it was SO clean! Honestly the cleanest Baskin Robbins I've ever been to. That's huge. Second thing I noticed was a very friendly staff. We shared a nice cup of mint n chip. It was delicious. Not too hard, not too soft and loads of chips in it. Only negative thing would be half of their ice cream selection was missing out of the area so my selection was cut into half. Only reason I gave 4/5. But overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

The one picture here is the fuller one. You can tell that it's only about 2/3 full and has not shifted at all.

So disappointed! Pretty sure I ate all the BR peppermint ice cream in Visalia. So my husband made a special trip to Tulare to get me some. He bought 2 large hand scoped containers and a bunch of gift cards. When he returned I opened the containers. One was about 2/3 full and the other was only about 1/2 full. It was laying on its side so the ice cream had shifted but about half the container was empty. I checked his receipt bc I assumed they just gave him what was left over free since they hadn't filled the first one and he had spent so much on gift cards. But nope! We were changed for 2 full large hand packed containers, even though we received about 1 and 1/4. At the very most we should have been charged for one of container and a single scoop. This is very poor business practice. We have bought many hand scooped containers in Visalia and they are always totally full. This Tulare store should be ashamed.

Banana Royle

I've been to this location twice, and both times I've ordered the Banana Royale! Soooooo good! Its pretty much just like a banana split but cheaper for some reason, life hack, you're welcome haha! You walk in and its a TOGO's and a Baskin Robbins so that was a little weird, the same girl who made my sandwich made my banana royale haha. She was super friendly and didn't mind making my sandwich and sundae just how I wanted! (I shouldn't get this excited over great customer service, but these days its so hit and miss!) You can choose to sit inside, or enjoy the nice weather outside in their outdoor seating area. It's a little pricey but not too bad, will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area.

Not a fan of BR but experience was good! Tried a lot of flavors before making my purchase. Many flavors are too milky where I couldn't taste the original flavor. It's too hot to shop around without having something cold. Nice outdoor sitting area enjoying the view if the outlet.

This Baskin Robbins branch is found at the Tulare Outlet Center. TOGO Sandwiches is partnered with the Baskin Robbins here. They share the same dining area, but there are separate lines for each place. Tables were sticky and had not been wiped down. We were the only ones here. The employee who helped us was wearing a TOGO Sandwich uniform. Guess, they share the employees as well. The woman who helped us was patient, friendly, and helpful. 4 stars for the service. All of us thought the ice cream tasted good. We each ordered different flavors. No particular flavor stood out as 5 stars outstanding. Nothing tasted bad though. 3 stars for the ice cream. Chances of returning here for future trips is good cause we like this Outlet center. Decent place to come in and cool down on a warm Summer day.

They don't want long term business, ice cream is expensive but small portions, not worth $9 for a double bowl! Will never come back!

Rosa Brothers Milk Company

On a recent road trip, my friend Denise and I made Rosa Brothers Milk Company a must-spot on the…read moredirt tour. I like milk and its by-products, especially ice cream so this place seemed like a natural place to visit. And, even though it was small, and even though it is not in anyone's map of California places to see before one dies, this place was a tourist attraction that I will remember till the day I can no longer enjoy milk and the mustache it leaves behind. When we arrived to the spot there was a sole attendant, his name was Anthony and he was endearing to the max. I explained to him an abridge story of our road trip and why we made it a spot to visit. He was like really, like he could not believe that this was an intentional stop on a multi hour road trip. I was like, in my mind, this is not a Thrifty ice cream run bro, this is like a milk experience, of course it is a spot on a road trip. What I did say was like--- you are wearing a uniform, (like one of those that (I Love) Lucy waited for in the 1950's), and there was a window into a factory with workers producing milk, and you have souvenirs, thus the joint is a stop to engage with, a stop to plan for, a stop that naturally fits in someone's road trip's tour. After I said a version of all of this, his smile and eyes became wide, like he really was understanding that his presence and this joint was not just a local milk joint but could be a pit stop that can go white with fame. My intention was to get a milkshake but Anthony explained that they did not sell any. I mean I accepted it quickly, but with some lament as a milkshake is my favorite ice-cream by-product, but I made due with what I could. First, I got a chocolate milk in a bottle. Anthony was kind enough to open it for me. I used to be a big fan of chocolate milk, cause it was a staple in the school's free lunch program and I always found it refreshing and sweet and cooling. Which makes me want to define the difference between refreshing and cooling in terms of taste. I guess refreshing makes one go ahhh like after taking a sip of cold cola, and something cooling makes someone feel the crisp of cold within the body, like eating a chilled lemon paleta/popsicle. And on this day, I drank a bottle of milk and found it to be a nostalgic snack down to the last sip. It is important to note that Denise noticed that they had flavors like Orange Blossom milk, and banana ice cream flavors. So this places dares enough to think outside the box or should I say milk carton? Anthony was also lovely enough to bring out samples of their packaged ice cream. I will be honest I cannot remember all the flavors I tried but I think there was cookie and cream. And the ice cream tasted rich, deep, and fresh, like it been churned recently for pure enjoyment. Like it was meant to be good first, then sold next. And thus at its core it was artisan, not mass produced. I guess that is why they explain their products to be "farm direct." Since I could not get a shake or a cone, I decided to get one of their ice cream sandwiches. I went with what I tasted and knew to be good---- the cookies and cream. This decision was also based on the cookies they used. I reviewed the picture but the cookie was not listed. I ate the sandwich outside in the car, and every bite was a morsel of smooth crunch and velvety ice cream. It was familiar and new, it was reason enough to want to visit the place again. In fact I tried too, on the way back from the road trip but it was closed on that day. Too bad, I have put it on my return spots, I found it to be that wonderful, but again milk, ice cream, and all that it stems from it, I am a fan of, so it makes sense for me. But until then, I got the sweatshirt I got from this place to remember it!

Please support this locally owned business. All milks, coffee creamers, ice creams are made here. Stop by for a tour. Service is always on-point and very welcoming.
