Selma has a limited selection on ice cream parlors. There are burger joints that serve ice cream and a pharmacy that does so as well, but a stand alone ice cream joint is no where to be found. ::sad face:: Being that I love ice cream, (no joke it's my blood type) lol I go in for a little treat every now and then and take my shadows with me. They have at least 31 flavors and shakes, blasts, sundaes, cakes....etc. I almost always opt for the inside seating but on beautiful days I sit outside on the concrete tables. Service is run on mostly teenagers or the young college kid. Either way, they've been quite delightful and for these reasons I'll keep coming back! read more

We ordered a cake online for a birthday party and were never notified the cake was out of stock until we arrived to pick it up. Terrible customer service. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the brownie sundae. I usually order in the drive thru and I always figure the employees have attitude because they can't hear from the speaker. However, I ordered in store today and the girl taking my order had subpar customer service skills. From watching her throw the brown into the microwave and then noticing the small scoop in my cup... don't think I'll be returning to this location. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Scoop in brownie sundae - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Selma, California

Nice stop on our way back to Visalia. Only one worker handling it all, she was super nice by the way! We decided to go inside and check it out. Place looks clean inside, nice selection of ice creams, ice cream cakes, sodas, etc. did you know they do floats!? Had no idea! The wife and I decided to get some shakes, I went with Oreo cookies and cream and my wife got mint chocolate chip. Both were good. Creamy and easy to drink. Some shakes take longer cause of how thick they are! This was perfect and ready for us to hit the road. Will definitely be coming back the next time we're on our way to/from Fresno. read more

Ordered a birthday cake, never received a call telling me that they couldn't provide what I ordered, like i was told I would. Picked up the cake, paid for it and looked at it (should have looked before I paid), was nothing like what I asked for. When I told the cashier, she told another worker who told me they called me but I didn't answer. I said I was at work, can't always answer. Did they leave a message? She said no, their phone doesn't allow them to leave messages. I asked if she knew how silly that sounded and I was met with nothing but attitude. Left with the plainest, cake that had pink decorative frosting, when I asked for blue (my daughter hates pink) . Never again. Horrible service. Horrible cake. So disappointing for my daughters birthday cake. P.s. I had no missed calls. Edited to say it was delicious. But the service and appearance still make it a one star. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Was supposed to have only blue icing and a butterfly strip on the sides. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Selma, California

This location doesn't carry any non-dairy flavors as they once did. Because, they aren't "popular." This leaves out a group of people who can't digest dairy. Luckily, places in kingsburg do. read more

I love that they have a drive thru I have been here several times and it's always a great experience my mom loves the strawberry ice cream and I always get a cappuccino blast it's so good!! Now that it's starting to get warmer out we will definitely be coming in more often read more

We had a question in the drive-thru. We could hear the lady-- but she couldn't or didn't want to understand our question. Bad speaker? Or bad service? Ice cream was too soft-- just dripped over the edge of the cone. While experience was horrible. read more

Worst customer service by franchise owner. Went in on 28 September for grandson birthday cake . First the writing was like a a first grader's writing! Happy birthday in lower case letters. Then franchise owner said she would fix. So it was a little better. However it still look odd. So I paid for cake 30.00 dollars. Then the weather in Selma was 84 degrees so iam in my car with air on then I get to the end of Walmart in Selma ca. then I look at cake it's melting the top is falling off edge. So I go back in and let them know that cake is falling apart. She said oh well 1 out of A 100 reviews won't hurt it's your fault you took cake a long time ago . I said the customer that was here when I purchased cake is still here how could it be long time ago. Never go there worst customer service. read more

Baskin Robbins in Selma: The prices on the ice cream menu haven't been updated and I could have been paying more than I should as they didn't have any ink in the receipt machine. I also used a Baskin Robbins coupon. How do I know they aren't tipping themselves? read more

I guess sorbet or sherbet doesn't exist here? I drove up to the drive-thru and asked for a scoop of Daiquiri Ice, but was told that they no longer had that flavor anymore. So I asked what other sorbet options they had available and the lady asked me "What?" After I repeated myself, she said, "You mean the non-dairy options?" So I replied, "Sure." I was told that the only non-dairy option they had was non-dairy Mint and Chip. :( read more

Rude service. They get mad at you when the order at the drive thru is not correct. This used to be my favorite place but the last few times it's been bad service. I definitely would avoid going here for now on. read more

I absolutely love this Baskin Robbins. I live in Fresno and I wish we had a Drive-thru Baskin Robbins. This Baskin Robbins is awesome especially since it has a drive thru and also becuase the service is always good there's never really a long wait. Some times there machines are down but that's every once in a while. The variety is normally good especially when they bring in the holiday flavors. Pros: Drive-thru is a super big plus for this Baskin Robbins Normally has all flavors and is rarely out of a specific flavor. Workers are always nice and friendly. Speed of service is always good Always greeted upon entry. Cons: Sometimes the machines are not working but that's rarely. Sometimes the drive thru is really busy but that's more a bad thing right. Sometimes inside is super packed. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Inside the ice cream shop. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Selma, California

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 scoops, was given one and like a tablespoon size scoop of the other. When I asked about it they were rude and argued that it was more than 2 scoops. Such a rip off. We'll never go again. Better value to just buy a carton from a store. read more

Ok, so as far as options you're gonna get for ice cream in Selma/Fowler areas, this is a lucky find. Baskin Robbins is obviously corporate but this spot had good, patient people serving us (especially with indecisive kiddos along for the adventure) and all the flavors were in stock. Which is a lot of flavor options! It's nice that they are open late and even nicer that there is a drive thru if you aren't feeling a stop inside. I think the kids got fun flavors like bubblegum and cotton candy. I stuck with a mint chip thing. My boyfriend went for the Boston cream pie. We all enjoyed ourselves and they had bathrooms! Overall, we were really happy. read more

So I've been here 3x, and all three times I've tried different flavors. Each time, the ice cream has been super soft. No other 31 flavors serves their ice cream like that. I'm not sure if management keeps the ice cream at a higher temperature so that's it's easier to scoop? Or maybe so the freezer bill is less money? Ice cream is just gross when it's close to melting temperature or soft serve consistency. Some people might love the soft texture. I won't be back to this location. read more

February 28th, 2019 at around 9:30p.m my boyfriend and brother went here to get my family and I 4 banana splits. He tells me he waited 15-20mins in the drive thru and not once did someone answer him to take his order. Then, he starts yelling hello and still no answer, so he decides to let the car behind him go so he drives around and says he sees two people just walking around doing nothing. Then he gets back in the drive thru he hears someone taking the person's order. He finally orders and here's the guy in the back complaining about having to do these orders. It gets worse when the food comes home. My 2 year old son, myself and my boyfriend were eating the banana split then my boyfriend found a FREAKING HAIR! Not just any hair it looks like a thick PUBE hair! So, I called this morning in Hope's to speak to a manager that would HELP. HA, She was just as bad. She tells me she was allegedly there last night there and then says "let me call the employees that worked last night, can you call back around 4 or 5 p.m today?" I said what for? She replies " Because I cant just call them right now, some of our employees have lives and go to school and other stuff I cant just call them" I'm like are you serious right now, I dont need you to speak with your employees I want my refund! She YELLS "I CANT JUST GIVE YOU A REFUND, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED FIRST" I replied you're not going to give me a refund even if I have the picture proof of what happened! My son was eating that and thats just disgusting! She yells at me again "I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU A REFUND BUT FOR ONE BANANA SPLIT!" I'm absolutely appalled at the customer service we have recieved from here, please do everyone a favor and FIRE these people. There is plenty of people with GREAT customer service experience that would be better suited for the job! And I still want a refund for this disaster. This honestly does not even deserve ONE star it deserves nothing. read more

This place is unprofessionally disorganized. Their outdoor intercom to place orders has been broken for months. I have gone inside and seen bugs from beetles to roaches crawling around. Every time I go the wait is very long, it is clear they are short staffed. If that is the case the manager should consider hiring more employees to efficiently run the store. Overall this store needs a complete 360 and should call pest control. read more

I went to get a single scoop of Rocky Road and the price was $3.99, I was ok with the price until I got my cone and it was a kiddie scoop. NEVER again will I ever buy from there again. My scoop should have been a bit bigger for that price and might I add that that's not the 1st time this happened. The 1st time I just thought it was a mistake but I was wrong!!!! Baskin Robbins you just got the last dime from me because I will not be returning!!!! read more

I love the idea behind a drive thru Baskin Robbins, you don't even have to get out of your car to get some ice cream after having a filling dinner, awesome!! What gets me, is waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes at the speaker box to order and not even getting a "hi, be with you in a minute" or anything. You just sit there and wait. I even tried saying "hello" thinking maybe they didn't know I was there. I definitely don't mind waiting, but at least let me know that you know I'm here. read more

I was saddened that they won't honor the $1.51 scoop on the 31st of each month... I walked in looking forward for the special and when I was about to pay I noticed I was being charged regular price, when I brought it up to the cashier she pointed towards the door and mentioned they no longer honor that special and that it wasn't posted on door. Needless to say I never noticed it was posted on the entrance so I told her I didn't want the ice cream at regular price so I walked out. read more
