I've given Cold Stone Creamery multiple chances, and they continue to disappoint. This isn't a one-off mistake--it's a pattern. Most recently, they didn't even send my full order, and I'm left wondering how something that basic keeps getting missed. It's frustrating because you expect a certain level of consistency, especially from a well-known brand. When you're paying premium prices, the bare minimum should be getting what you ordered. Great Cold Stone Location! Came here on a Sunday afternoon with the family, and there smiles were all around! Samples of different flavors were given, when requested, on a good sized spoon, and even getting the "Like It" sizes, it was a ton of goodness! It was cool, one ordered did not want an included mix in, but another did, so they let us put two in one. Cotton candy with sour gummies and sprinkles...yeah they got the kids covered! This was my first time here at this location. Their ice cream is really yummy and creamy. I was able to sit down and enjoy my ice cream with my daughter, my friend and her three kids. While we were there, only 2 other families came in and the interaction from staff were great. They were friendly with us when we came in and ordered and also friendly with the other two families that came in. The two female employees that were there looked like they were staying busy when there weren't any customers to serve. The store was clean and tables were clean also. They didn't have a bathroom though. So having a bunch of kids of different ages was hard when there wasn't a bathroom available. staff told us we can go to the restaurant two doors down to use their bathroom. I did see yogurt machines. I don't think I've seen this at any other locations. I will definitely come back here for more ice cream and try their yogurt when I need to do a little shopping or after I get a bite to eat. read more

I did not notice when I walked in water all over the floor. My daughter pointed it out or I could have slipped and fallen. They did have a yellow sign that I didn't notice that said wet floor or whatever it said in spite of that apparently they've had a leak all week. I went to cold stone today because I had a gift card and it's usually pretty hard to mess up ice cream but somehow this location managed to give me soup instead of ice cream. When ordering the lady did mention that it was a little soft but I didn't expect it to liquify once they mixed in the other ingredients. I let one of the cashiers know that it was watery and all she offered was to give me another cup which definitely was not a solution to my problems. I ended up just leaving with it since I live 5 minutes away and put it in my freezer at home. However, because it was so soupy it made a mess in my car that I have to clean now. Out of all their stores I find this one to have the friendliest staff who are always willing to make great suggestions(for an indecisive customer like me). My daughters love this ice cream and the fun of picking mix ins. Portions are great here compared to other stores. As of now their Froyo is still unavailable, but we never came for that anyway. I did knock off a star because while my kids love their custom cakes I find their prices extremely steep for the servings. That is a company issue, not reflective of the branch itself, but $25 for a 4 inch photo cake is absolute madness. That being said, the prices do ease up the larger you go- in short: the price to pay for a custom cake is worth it if you plan on serving quite a few people! I love about 8 miles away from the nearest Cold Stone and it is always worth the drive each time. My sister and my niece are not fans of my love for Menchies so I have to settle with some ice cream everyone and then, so Cold Stone it is. We have been here twice already and the service is always welcoming and friendly. We tried so many samples and I still could not make up my mind on what I wanted nor my sister and niece. I noticed they have soft serve or frozen yogurt but I haven't tried it since the ice creams look more appetizing. So far I got the the regular Banana mix with fudge and almonds. It taste so much like a banana split. A regular ice cream bowl can last me three days so to me it is definitely worth the money. You can't go wrong here and the company that you bring. My sister and niece always leave satisfied and happy because who doesn't leave happy after splurging on ice cream with the ones you love. I will definitely be back and will have to try different flavor's. Great location to visit if you're eating or having a wander around the shops at Fig Garden Village. It's a fairly small location but not cramped, with plenty of flavor options and friendly staff. My husband and I wandered in behind a big family group and the other staff member who was free waved us around ahead of them while they made their selections so that we didn't have to wait til they were all finished to order or pay. We paid right away and were in and out within a couple of minutes. I don't have a massive sweet tooth when it comes to ice-cream so got a small chocolate fudge. It was really rich and had a nice fudgey texture. My husband got the mint choc chip, which looked super fresh and the chocolate chips seemed to be added afterwards, much nicer than what you'd get in a store bought box. It was around $7 for both. Comparable to what we usually pay for frozen yogurt, but with much less chance of finishing it, so it's a little on the pricey side. Maybe next time we'll share. I haven't been to a Cold Stone's in several years, but I used to frequent this one back in high school after they opened. They've definitely branched out since the last time I was here. Besides the standard ice cream + mix-ins, they offer self serve frozen yogurt, coffee drinks, milkshakes, ice cream cakes and ice cream creations with things like brownies, funnel cakes and cookies. The place isn't that big and can get easily congested. When I used to frequent this place it was always crowded and tough to walk around in and that was before they added a frozen yogurt station. The workers seems to work as fast as possible, but just be patient because it's not a run in and run out kind of place. They're assembling your ice cream/ dessert so it takes a little extra time. You can sample the different flavors of ice cream if you're unsure. They added a bunch of new flavors since I was last here, but I went with my tried and true coffee ice cream with brownie. If you get ice cream, you get ONE free mix-in and each additional mix-in is 69¢. You can also get your ice cream in dipped or undipped waffle cones or bowls. If you have a tough time deciding or want to try something new, they do have their Signature Creations where they've already paired the ice cream and toppings together. Got a sweet tooth? So I've come to this specific location for years now and it's in a nice area and surrounded by stores as well so that's awesome! The staff is awesome and is always smiling and welcoming right when you come in. They are quick and even during Xmas or other holidays they are pretty quick. I do love that they installed yogurt machines for those that are lactose because it gives you other options other then dairy products! Of course everyone knows what cold stone is and what it is all about but I just wanted to shout out this one because they staff is so friendly and always makes sure you are set before you pay. I am not sure if they do it still but I loved when they used to dance when you tipped them. Don't understand the crazy bad reviews for this Coldstone. Since basically everything (good and bad) has been screamed in caps-lock on all the other reviews. I'll try to break it down with a simple rating system. (With simple explanation if need be.) Location - 10/10 Store Appearance - 7/10 Cleanliness - 6.5/10 (the food service areas are clean don't worry, but the guest area is often messy.) Product Quality - 10/10 (Ice Cream is amazing.) Price - 8/10 (For an ice cream parlor, very affordable. Not too expensive for your average family. Service - 4/10 (Do not expect helpful workers with smiling faces. Expect to see snobby 21 year old girls who look like they are just barely interested in their job. I have never had superb friendliness or felt welcome by the workers. They get the orders right and make good product, but that's it. No extra points for kindness here.) So there you have it. Great ice cream, great location, unfriendly workers. For the record, I'm here about twice a month. I can put up with the workers who are essentially the cast of "Mean Girls" all grown up when the ice cream is this good.
