Ordered the going bananas for jello pudding ice cream. Only thing I got was ice cream and somewhat crushed wafers. This Was far from what it should have been. The girl at the counter did no effort in my ice cream.A toddler could of did a better job.

At Cold Stone Creamery, the team was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I visited to find a special ice cream cake for a birthday celebration and not only did I get exactly what I wanted, but they also offered to add personalized writing to the cake, which was fantastic! The service was quick and the staff were incredibly kind.

This was my first time here at this location. Their ice cream is really yummy and creamy. I was able to sit down and enjoy my ice cream with my daughter, my friend and her three kids. While we were there, only 2 other families came in and the interaction from staff were great. They were friendly with us when we came in and ordered and also friendly with the other two families that came in. The two female employees that were there looked like they were staying busy when there weren't any customers to serve. The store was clean and tables were clean also. They didn't have a bathroom though. So having a bunch of kids of different ages was hard when there wasn't a bathroom available. staff told us we can go to the restaurant two doors down to use their bathroom. I did see yogurt machines. I don't think I've seen this at any other locations. I will definitely come back here for more ice cream and try their yogurt when I need to do a little shopping or after I get a bite to eat.

Look, imma cut to the chase. It's good plain & simple! I do the plain Jane sugar free vanilla but I live vicariously thru my kids. They normally load their ice cream up with gummy's, cookies & candy bars. Mmmm...it looks amazing every time! I personally like that they mix it up in front of u on the frozen table. This particular location is always a delight to visit. Five of em for me.

I went to cold stone today because I had a gift card and it's usually pretty hard to mess up ice cream but somehow this location managed to give me soup instead of ice cream. When ordering the lady did mention that it was a little soft but I didn't expect it to liquify once they mixed in the other ingredients. I let one of the cashiers know that it was watery and all she offered was to give me another cup which definitely was not a solution to my problems. I ended up just leaving with it since I live 5 minutes away and put it in my freezer at home. However, because it was so soupy it made a mess in my car that I have to clean now. Super disappointed here today.

The skinny vanilla with Reeses, rainbow sprinkles and golden Oreo goodness!

Very nice and welcoming workers. They have it set up where you go to that door, order, pay and pick up. Covid-19 phase. They are not doing frozen yogurt with what's going on. FYI Yelpers. I ordered the skinny vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cups, rainbow sprinkles and golden Oreo cookies. Waited shortly and my name was called and order given. Super easy! Delicious and perfect for this warm day! The skinny vanilla is really good! You also get the receipt automatically emailed to you when you pay with your Visa. Very nice workers. Great service and delicious ice cream! Highly recommended!

My daughter gets her custom order birthday cake here every year and I look forward to it every time. They are consistently delicious and always coming up with new creations. Staff is not overly friendly but always helpful and attentive.

Banana ice cream, room temperature fudge and almonds. Yummmmy!

This location is consistent with other Cold Stone's I've visited. My go to order is strawberry blonde.

This is a small shop with a big back area where they make ice cream magic. They have different delicious ice cream treats and at least one agua fresca at all times ranging from $2 - $5 or so but I usually stick with the paletas. They have at least theee different strawberry options and every other fruit - and some veg like avocado- don't knock it til you try it. The paletas are separated by water-based and dairy-based. Both are good. My favorite water-based: watermelon, lime, jamaica (hibiscus) and fave dairy-based: both strawberry - sooo good. Currently, paletas are $2 each with no discount that I could see. I'm pretty sure two summers ago, the dairy based were like 25 cents or 50 cents more (adds up when you buy 10 like me haha). Anyway, you deserve these frozen treats, don't deny yourself any longer.

When it came time to pay I only had card and no cash and there card machine was down that day. He literally told me it was fine and to just take the ice cream for free, (3 ice creams and a agua Fresca). We were in town the morning after seeing the Firefail. Finally success on the third visit attempt. Amongst other shops on the desolate street stood an unremarkable window front where the repeat button has remained on since the 60s. Within was an eclectic mix of Japanese American household fixtures and Americana. Rustic. Nothing like Benkyodo's proper shelf presentation - or a hamburga stand. Some Japanese goods were on offer, but you come here for something sweet. We got a couple of mochi and manju, traditional red bean flavors, because that's all that was left. Their manju, seeming to have a different "batter" and "panini"-grilled, had a crumbly texture. The mochi though... Have you seen that viral video of that slapping mochi shop in Nara? What about people enjoying it? How soft it was, leaving a vegan cheese pull with every bite? This was by far the softest mochi I've ever had, and I thoroughly enjoyed the soy dusted yomogi. The bigger size of the mochi also accentuated the softness of the mochi. The matcha, also green, had a distincting different flavor, just so you know that the shop wasn't cheating. My partner in crime loved the lima bean mochi. The red bean filling tasted homemade, good flavor but not too sweet - the best compliment you can give an Asian in a world that remains overrun by pollo ala naranja. We are proud* that such a heritage perseveres on, especially in a part of town that's honestly become quite desecrated of life. Call ahead to see if the shop is open, and try to come early. The shop is a one woman show, and if my first two visits say anything, this lady enjoys having a life. And yes, she does sell out. She was nearly sold out when we visited. And try to enjoy the mochi ASAP. The mochi will last in the fridge. The texture will not. If you come at the right time of the year, the shop will have mochi in different fruit and pie flavors, and even ice cream mochi. *OK, "I'm proud of you" might be a bigger compliment to an Asian. And yes, there's Fugetsu in LA, but I haven't been. Though if you need a reason to visit the Fresno, you can always take the 99 traveling between SoCal and NorCal... Just need to be early if much is desired. If you're interested in AYCEat mochi, staying healthy, working out for free, and have an eye for the art of making mochi, may I suggest asking the owner for an apprenticeship? The owner's mentioned on articles that there's no one to take over and you don't become a master overnight.
