When we ate our shaved ice on the absorbent white table, the shaved ice was staining the table and so the smell of the cleaning agent made sense. The shaved ice was just fine. We had 3 flavors - pineapple, mango and cherry. The only flavor that tasted like it should was the cherry. The pineapple and mango flavors were just ok but they didn't taste like they were supposed to. We also had the ice cream and it was also just okay. The ice was a little rough and not as soft as I would have thought from the pictures and reviews. Overall, maybe we would try different flavors next time.

I was expressed that I would love to see the list of flavors first before I book anything and she said, that was just her rules. Never have I ever heard of such a ridiculous rule. Not only was it almost impossible to communicate with this place other than email ..I'm confused at this part since the description of this business is listed as all about communication with their customers and that is clearly not the case. They will not even speak to you on the phone, it must be through email. ......what I ordered and even sent pictures of (to their email) is not what we received. The cookies although tasted great were not readable at all since the writing was done in the same color as the frosting. The cake pops were beautiful but were absolutely not edible. They had no flavor at all. Now the cake....the cake was a leaning tower of cake mess that by the grace of God never fell. The house was kept at 67 degrees too so it NEVER got even warm...after cutting into the cake we quickly realized the cake leaning was not the worst part...it turned into a dry crumbling hot embarrassing mess. The guests were very polite and understanding about the disaster of this dessert table from "Steph's Desserts" but the embarrassment that we were left with will never be forgotten.... I do not mind paying professional bakery prices when you receive professional service and items. This unfortunately is not the case with this business...

It did have a slight oat milk flavor at then end, but it wasn't bad. I would order this again, maybe I could add in some oreos next time.

There are few things as refreshing…read moreand flavorful as a good old-fashioned Hawaiian shaved ice to help deal with the oppressive heat in Fresno during the summer months. Hawaiian shaved ice is much better than an ordinary snowcone because it is thinly shaved down to give it a powdery, snow-like texture that absorbs the flavored syrups directly into it, unlike snowcones made with crushed ice. Moreover, wherever you find a Hawaiian shaved ice stand, you almost always find more flavored syrup options, including tropical flavors like mango, guava, and passionfruit. And a cream topping like vanilla or coconut condensed milk is layered on top of the cone. Tropic Hawaiian Shave Ice has additional chocolate and banana cream toppings. It is located inside the Speedy Zapatos Mexican restaurant at the front counter. This place will pile on the shaved ice and liberally drench it with the flavored syrups and cream toppings. There are nearly 30 flavor choices and a large cone is only $7. I like the flavors I picked: banana, bubble gum, and mango. Awesome Hawaiian shaved ice!
