Aside from that, there was no way you could forget that the lobby has a whole bunch of us just waiting for our ice cream. We were not sitting in there for fun. All in all the service is terrible. They need more workers in there and they need workers with confidence because there's no way you're gonna ignore people who are coming in the door and prioritizing people who are in the drive-through. There needs to be some sort of balance. Along with making DoorDash orders and stuff they need to make them when the Dasher gets there because there were so many banana splits sitting on the table melting away. The ambience is very trendy. It does not have that old-school feel like the original location in Chicago. I wouldn't want to go back. The ice cream was good but there's no way I'm waiting over half an hour just for them to scoop some ice cream for me.
