This is probably the cutest doughnut shop I have ever seen. My son and I stopped by on a Saturday…read moreearly afternoon for some doughnuts. They didn't have a vast selection but the doughnuts were good. Have I had better, yes, but overall they were delicious and based with the vibe this is a great little spot for a sweet treat.

Everything I see says 7. I'm going to leave an actual review . I didn't try their ice cream or drinks. The overall look of the place is super cute. I'm sitting on a clamshell type chair right now and don't want to leave, it's super comfortable. I'm also listening to good ol' Guns and Roses so my Gen X heart is happy. I bought a few of their specialty doughnuts they are 3.85 each and I bought some regular yeast, and cake doughnuts, those are 2.99 each. They have specials for a dozen like everywhere. They were so very nice! I went when it was slow. The two people working were very helpful. All in all I bought 6 doughnuts. 1. Nutella 2. Boston cream 3. Caramel cheesecake 4. Pistachio old fashioned 5. Blueberry old fashioned 6. Chocolate frosted I ate the Boston Cream while writing this. It's a pretty good doughnut and super fresh. The biggest thing I noticed about the doughnut was that it was sweet but really not sugary if that makes sense. (Now they are playing Journey! Don't stop believing! Yes cliche white chick singing the chorus like a mad woman) it was just perfect for a cup of coffee. I really liked my choice. I'll be curious what my hubby thinks when he tries the old fashioned ones and when we split the other specialty doughnuts!!! Time to go home and I'm exiting listening to Aerosmith Dream On. I'm digging the vibe of this place.

I was excited about this new local ice cream shop downtown. Finally, a charming spot worth…read moresupporting instead of another trip to the corporate chains. What a disappointment it turned out to be..I doubt this place will last the summer. The concept is cute, but the execution is a sloppy, strangely toxic little operation run by a high-strung pick me owner and her rotating crew of indifferent young workers. I waited more than twenty minutes for two simple orders, only for them to come out half-wrong: incorrect flavors, missing toppings, and sloppy scoops thrown together carelessly. When I gently pointed out the flavor mistake, the owner's response wasn't to fix it but to get immediately defensive and nasty. Zero grace, zero accountability. just brittle attitude instead of basic service. I didn't say another word and just left. I ended up throwing out the order that was wrong because of allergies. There was a gross atmosphere among the staff. You could almost hear the echo of high school hallways. A favored circle lounged around exchanging smirks, whispered barbs about customers, and idle gossip, while the few conscientious ones scrambled to pick up the slack. The owner's selective blindness was obvious. It created a clear undercurrent of favoritism, pettiness, and low key bullying that made the whole place feel cliquey and mean spirited. A business that prioritizes goofing off to fit in with teens, over consistent quality and basic courtesy isn't built to last. Between the long waits, constant errors, and thoroughly unpleasant energy, I won't be returning. and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For the few kids hustling, I hope you find a better gig. You deserve respect. If you value professionalism, competence, and a warm welcome, take your money elsewhere. For all its aspirations, this spot is a disaster and not worth the wait.

We got the affogato with pistachio ice cream & the pretzel sundae. So good. The staff is friendly & helpful with their large menu. I've had their ice cream sandwiches with chocolate chip cookies. Amazing. Street parking is easy in cute downtown Highland.
