The girl with the brown hair dramatically said sorry to all of us in the lobby and that she would get to our orders now. Mind you it is 9:17 PM they haven't locked the doors yet and more people are walking into the establishment. The workers did not tell the new coming people that they were closed. They were all waiting in line as if they were going to get their order placed. One of the men in lion spoke up because he was ready to place his order and the girl with the brown hair said "oh I didn't know you wanted to place an order. We are closed." those people waited in line for about a good 10 minutes. very unprofessional. Aside from that, there was no way you could forget that the lobby has a whole bunch of us just waiting for our ice cream. We were not sitting in there for fun. All in all the service is terrible. They need more workers in there and they need workers with confidence because there's no way you're gonna ignore people who are coming in the door and prioritizing people who are in the drive-through. There needs to be some sort of balance. Along with making DoorDash orders and stuff they need to make them when the Dasher gets there because there were so many banana splits sitting on the table melting away. The ambience is very trendy. It does not have that old-school feel like the original location in Chicago. I wouldn't want to go back.
