Well times have changed and no matter how many times they rebrand it will not make up for the low quality of their ingredients. I tasted it recently while I was spoiling the next generation and was blown away on how artificial and gross it was. Then I looked at the ingredients. High fructose corn syrup and seed oils. So if you want to really love your loved ones, reconsider buying them this inflammatory poison. One thing that I would've liked is a spoon though, not a tasting spoon, a normal spoon for someone that is 5' 5", 136lbs on a good day, wears size 7.5 shoes, and enjoys long walks on the beach. I got ice cream all over my chinny chin chin and snout because of this. I tried to ask for a Heather-sized spoon but they were busy and my ice cream was on a time limit. I went here about a week ago and a manager made me a shake. It was amazing and he added a waffle cone inside blending up per my request. I then came back on Monday and asked for the same shake. A team memeber made me the same shake after asking another person if they were allowed to add the waffle cone. They said yes and made my shake. Today I had a horrible day and was wanting this shake again. THE SAME GIRL who made my shake yesterday was there so I assumed she would make it. However she refused to allow me to have the waffle cone. Now despite my reviews I am not angry and this girl. I simply think there is a miscommunication about what is and is not allowed between managers and team members. I work and manage a restaurant and this type of communication is important.
