They have AWFUL customer service. I have money to spend, I am a foodie and was so excited to buy these. I work downtown, I bought a stale, moldy package from a pumpkin patch. Gross! The pumpkin patch was nothing but kinds, lovely people, I paid in cash (the gal said it was easier), and they did not provide receipts. It was a package under $10, I wanted another one, and would have been a loyal customer for an upcoming holiday party we are hosting. I just wanted to taste the one's I bought, and have some for roasting marshmallows, and was eyeing the kit for 6 people on my Christmas list. I contacted the difficult owner, she was rude, I have heard that from other locals, she wouldn't let me send a picture, or even entertain replacing them. Then, she finally said to show all the way up in Heber with the package, and receipt. I work downtown and NEVER go to the Draper, but the pumpkin patch was there. I tried contacting the small farm, no answers, and I didn't want to bother the small business farm. I mean, why make things even more difficult for the kind people, or for a paying customer? This OWNER doesn't care about making things right with customers and I would have been a damn good customer! Like they teach you in business, you tell 30 people about a negative experience, they tell 30 more people, and so on... I don't get how they stay in business treat patrons this way?! And, this is a local store people SHOULD NOT support. Give your money to kind, trustworthy, human beings in a trustworthy, ethical business. Lady, I wasn't trying to get over on you with a package of marshmallows, haha. Not everyone is a scammer and treat people with respect. Buyers beware, especially before the holidays! read more
