Tristine was my ice cream server and she was so awesome! She made two liquidy milkshakes as I requested; one with cotton candy ice cream for my oldest son and one with bubble gum ice cream for my hubby. The bubble gum ice cream had actual gum in it! I tasted Pistachio Chocolate Bar and it was pretty good as it wasn't super sweet. I also tasted Futbol Fireworks and it had tiny pieces of popping candy. The creme soda ice cream tasted pretty close to creme soda with no fizz. Finally, I tasted Monkey Business and had to take a scoop home. Peanut butter swirls throughout was so satisfying along with the banana ice cream and cookie pieces. Every bite had peanut butter. I loved it! Good location too as it's near the mall and Petco. My wife and I used to go here once in awhile. The last couple of times we came, we asked for a chocolate chip milkshake (our favorite) and it was too thin and tasted more like milk. Today, we came and asked the guy behind the counter if he could make our milkshake thick. Nope! It tastes more like milk than a thick milkshake. They were weighing the ice cream and I have never seen that at a Baskin Robbin's before. Most expensive cup of milk I've ever had, we definitely won't go back. read more

She did it again!!!! I am so happy with the ice cream cake Kitty made for me. This was a custom request because I got won a national championship this year and wanted a black belt ice cream cake to say sparring national champion. It turned out exactly how I wanted and I highly recommend the custom cakes from this location for any fun occasion where you want something special. This is actually the third time that Kitty has made me an amazing cake like this. She made the first one when I got my 2nd degree black belt and it was awesome! I had her make another one with three bars on it when I earned my third degree. And then this year she made this one National championship victory party. I will definitely use her again for other celebrations as well and big moments! I love ice cream cake and it feels like it just makes an occasion extra special. This location also has great customer service and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy!!! Thank you so much for making my party better with this wonderful cake!!!! I ordered the cookie dough sundae thru DoorDash. It wasn't even full when it arrived. It cost me over $12 on DoorDash! No whip cream! Ppl can't even make a sundae rt wth. The owners running this Baskin Robbins are horrendously stingy with their servings and they up-charge for every possible thing. They also massively increased the pricing for every item. Watered down $9 milkshakes! "Oh you want a thick milkshake? Well I have to charge you an extra $5 to give it actual milkshake consistency." 14 bucks for a milkshake??!! Are you kidding me??!! 2 Pre-packed quarts of ice cream are now nearly $20 -- no discount at all for buying 2 as there had been for many years. And the quality of the ice cream -- both in the cases but especially in the pre-packs -- has gotten much worse. Often the ice cream has ice on it like it's old/stale having been in freezers too long. The owners of this store know nothing about providing making and keeping happy customers -- it's been one horrible experience after another in recent years, and although it's a convenient location for my big family I just don't want to give them any business after how greedy they behave and how poorly they treat this community. read more

Me and my daughter came into this location around 9 PM on 7/27. We walked in to buy three prepackaged quart ice cream. There was a young girl working helping a couple that was obviously a recent hire, who was slow and didn't really know where things were at one point, she walked in the back to grab her supervisor, who then came out, assisted her, and then walked to the back without even acknowledging or greeting any customers in the waiting room. I watched as she proceeded to go back into her office sit down and play on her phone for over 15 minutes. Mean while two more groups of customers came in, a DoorDash tablet was going off, meanwhile supervisor still sitting in the back, unbothered. When she finally acknowledged that maybe the girl upfront, who is obviously fairly new needed help she washed her hands and went to the register. When I had addressed her about the wait, she said oh I'm sorry I was in the back making cakes. I then had confronted her on her lack of customer service, failing to perform in light of her phone. She was extremely rude, she obviously has no customer service, and then the poor girl, who was brand new, was running around doing all the work, whilst the supervisor had sat around doing nothing. I love Baskin Robbins! I grew up coming here. Within the past few years, the sizes of the scoops have gotten significantly smaller while the prices are higher. It's so disappointing. I'm paying almost $5.00 for a scoop of ice cream, and it's not even a solid scoop. It's almost hallow. I love the ice cream and the taste, but I may have to start going elsewhere. So disappointing. read more

I never knew Baskin Robbin made custom cakes until I found Kitty on Facebook. She was amazing and helped me through the entire process. She was very responsive to my messages and ideas. The process was a breeze. I just walked into the store told her what I wanted, sent her a picture of the colors I wanted and we filled out an order form and paid. Took about 15 minutes to taste, buy a few scoops and place my cake order. In and out. This was for a Baby Shark themed birthday for my son. I do not like that most baby shark cakes are so extra. So I had them do a two-tiered cake with ombre shades of blue to look like waves and bit of coral on the second layer. It turned out great. I topped it with a cake topper and it was perfect. *Only thing I would suggest to them is to get double adhesive tape or sticker to prevent the cake from sliding while transporting. One bump and the cake would slide to the edge and hit the box. read more

My boyfriend and I went here after lunch because we weee craving something sweet. I dont typically go to baskin Robbins since I am more of a cold stone person. When I came in, the store was Completely empty. I was not really impressed with the selection that baskin Robbins had. No flavor was particularly special to me. I ended up getting a Pazookie, but the cookie was as hard as a rock. Even after the lady placed the cookie in the microwave, the cookie was not warm at all. I did get caramel ice cream and I love caramel so it was good to me. read more

Irritating rip-off. Ordered a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae (I'm an adult) and got 3 tiny little scoops (literally only 1 1/2" diameter scoops). I asked her if they were kiddy scoops, and she said yes. My 10 year old grandson wanted an ice cream cone so I gave him $5 and told him to get what he wanted from Baskin Robbins, (I was doing an Amazon return at Whole Foods) he showed up at Whole Foods with no ice cream and said "$5 isn't enough money" So I walked down to the Baskin Robbins with him and found out that what he had ordered, a double scoop in a waffle cone was $7.99. I was literally shocked and asked her if she really said $7.99 and she confirmed it. The worst part was that they had made the cone 10 minutes earlier and were standing there holding it so it was melting and the bottom of the cone was looking soggy. I paid them and wrapped the thing in napkins and watched most of it melt before the boy could finish it. Inflation or no inflation $8 for an ice cream cone is outrageous and Baskin Robbins should be ashamed for charging that much read more

Ice cream was delivered and was not expected with what I got. I understand ice cream will melt, but the oreo sundae I received was so small for 6 bucks. And the banana split sundae my hunny got barely had any banana in it. I use to love this place. But they have gone down hill and only raised their prices. read more

They are young and untrained and no experience to make a good adequate thick milkshake. It sucks here. Nasty running milkshakes. Gross. Watery milky milkshake. Terrible!!!!!!! Go to the north highlands one NOT arden and Eastern. Waste of money. I went twice and the girl and the guy made it the same. They need better training. ASAP!!! read more

I had an odd experience. The gal that helped me was very sweet. I informed her our was here for my birthday cone and she gave me a very nice scoop on a Carmel swirl one. Checking out was sad. Another customer came in and she asked the gal in back to help. She was so mean. She chewed out my gal for giving me a big scoop. I felt horrible for her. She was funny as she told her she's been doing it all week. It's a birthday cone just let it go grouchy. read more

They are going to put themselves out of business, and they will get no sympathy from me! I asked three times, "Are you sure that is not a child scoop?" They swore it was a regular scoop. It is small than the size that used to be a child scoop. That price for a tiny dollop of ice cream? It is not as good, and now more expensive than Hagen-Dazs. I think I am about done with Baskin-Rottens. They leave a bitter aftertaste of greed in my mouth, which I simply cannot stomach. Go somewhere else. Go anywhere else. Very unsanitary. The girl was putting her hands in her mouth under mask while I was looking at the ice creams and then did it again after I ordered. She picked out the ice cream cups and proceeded to scoop the ice cream without washing her hands or changing her gloves. I asked her to change her gloves since I witnessed her putting her hands in her mouth twice and then decided to just not order because I was really disgusted at that point. She tried to lie to her manager about what happened before the manager came to speak to me. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE here. I asked them to make 3 milkshakes extra thick and they were all watery and not full to the top. The women offered to put an extra scoop on top of all of them and I agreed. She failed to tell me she was going to charge $7.50 extra for them. 2 medium milkshakes and 1 large for $30.34! They overcharge for EVERYTHING! They also have a flavor "enhancer" syrup next to the blenders that they got from Cisco. It is disgusting. This is the worst Baskin Robbins ever. Do yourself a favor and find a different one to go to. read more

Place was not clean and bathroom "out of order." Cashier refused to cash out the .71 cents remaining on the gift card until I pulled up the California gift card law on my phone and showed it to her. Seriously who wants to keep a credit of .71 cents? The ice cream was good though. read more

We've been going to Baskin-Robins for 35 years and I've never had a bad experience at any location until today when we stopped for the 1st time at this location. The two employees both acted annoyed from the time we walked in and were short with us and rude. The scoops were tiny and we had ordered a quart to take home and discovered later that they had only hand "packed" it 3/4 of the way full. At least the ice cream was real. read more

I was pleased to receive a prompt call from the own of this shop. She addressed my concerns and told her what happened on my visit. She apologized and sent us some coupons to make up for things. It is very nice to see that they do appreciate our business after all. For future reference the fill line on the cups are the first indentation. So don't be disappointed if it's not over that and be happy if it is. ;) read more

My little boy loves this place. We always come here with the great grandparents when they are in town as a special treat. The staff are always friendly and give suggestions when asked. The store itself has always been very clean. I will admit that there are several of their flavors that I prefer over Coldstone. The only downside is that the parking lot can get busy at times and sometimes hazardous. I like to go to Whole Foods first, then walk over for ice cream. They have small tables outside that we like to sit at. read more

I know you've all had Baskin-Robbins before... BUT I've got to say that Audrey and her team of Super Scoopers really set the gold standard for customer service at this location!!!! She tolerated our large, demanding group with such ease tonight... juggling multiple taste requests, cake order questions and other customers with a great smile & fun!!! The cruellers were nice and crispy on the outside and just sweet enough. Glazed with chocolate or regular icing, they are a perfect donut. I suppose with Ginger Elizabeth's and Rick's Dessert Diner all on the same strip, there is a lot of competition for dessert places here. We were happy to try something new. Everything was fairly clean and there was plenty of bar seating as well as a few tables. I believe there were also tables outside.

I was right next to them sitting at a table with my brother so of course I heard, and I got up and I said what's up with this grandma stuff, and he said that he answered her question and told her that he thought I was her grandmother. Honestly, I felt completely insulted like you're not supposed to say things like that to your customers or even about your customers. I felt myself getting ready to go completely off on him, so I walked away and went to sit back down. He had the audacity to tell my niece some people can't handle the truth. It's so baffling to me that a manager would say something like that. I know employees sometimes say inappropriate things, but he should know better!! This was supposed to be a nice family outing and he ruined my night. Luckily I have confidence in myself and his comment didn't give me a complex or make me like I look old. It was also disappointing because I went in there specifically to get an eclair, which is normally a decent size. For some reason, it was the half of the size and the same price.

The fruit freeze is the perfect dessert on a hot summer day. My favorite flavor is mango. The other 2 flavors I have tried are raspberry and guava and the raspberry tasted better. I have tried their vanilla and coconut ice creams and both are delicious. It's hard for me to pick one flavor out of them. Maybe on a summer day I would pick coconut over the vanilla. But it's easily one of the better vanilla out of there. My only complaint is that their restroom isn't clean enough even though they have a lock code on it and only restrict it to customers.

Instead, I had to pay again for the mocha just to finish the coffee break with my wife. Very disappointing experience. It was an easy decision not to come back. Macarons $2.95 each - Standard stuff. I got a Thai coconut cream and this is a flavor I haven't seen before and recommend trying it! In summary, highly recommend trying this place. Wushiland Boba is my new favorite spot for boba in Sac!…read more I found out about it from a recent Feed Mei Mei YouTube video, and of course I had to check it out asap. I looked up the origin and it turns out Wushiland is a spin off from the Taiwanese boba chain 50嵐 (if you speak mandarin, it says Wushi Lan). Located on Sutterville in a tiny strip mall with minimal parking right next to the Freeport area where there are plenty of good eats, some of which are my favorite places in Sac to eat at, Wushiland is in an optimal location. Bright, clean, and with a decent amount of seating, you have the option to order from kiosks or up front at the counter. The AC was blowing cold and a nice respite from the El Niño heat. The workers are friendly and drinks are made quickly. Be advised that the drinks are voluminous, especially if you're like me and ask for less ice. Coming from someone who considers Chicha San Chen their favorite Taiwanese tea chain (but alas we don't have it in Sac), the difference in quantity is huge. Obviously if you're looking for a refined style of tea chain, Wushiland doesn't compare, but still the taste of their teas shine through and there is a good variety for everyone's palate. The first time I tried their earl grey tea because I have been craving an earl grey for a while, and that was deliciously smooth. The mini boba were so fun to chew on, and I usually prefer them over the regular size. They provide a ton of boba here as well. The next time I had their yakult green tea and that was very refreshing indeed. Both times my husband went with fruit teas, and had nice remarks to say about both of his drinks. He also tried their new QQubes and their texture was very QQ (I had a sample). We will most certainly return to Wushiland, especially since it's so accessible. Prices are standard, and honestly for the amount of tea you get, it's very worth.

The theme is very colors of a bee; black and yellow. There's a long bench with cushions so it's a good place to sip and chill, and people come here to study it seems. Ive been here a few times mainly on a Saturday and all 3x it's been busy. They have 2 kiosks you can order from, or you can order from a human. Wushiland choose a good area of Sac to post up shop because it's the currently the only boba drink shop (for now) near Hollywood Park/Land Park and very close to Sac City College. They're located in the corner of a strip mall type plaza. And parking isn't too bad. Overall, good drinks for a reasonable price and service is decent. They have a fun logo, too. Nothing Bundt Cakes has honestly never let me down for special events. Bundt cakes aren't normally my first choice when I pick my own celebration cake (I tend to lean toward flavors like ube or matcha), but I decided to give this location a try myself and ordered bundtinis in advance for a birthday engagement potluck at work a few months ago. The online ordering process was super easy and I liked being able to mix and match flavors which is nicely marked on the box. They also offer seasonal flavors, and at the time I couldn't resist choosing the fall options -- pumpkin spice and apple -- if i recall correctly. Pickup was smooth and quick. The staff had my order ready right at the requested time, confirmed everything with me, and packaged it neatly. Customer service was friendly, professional, and courteous. This location is in Loehmann's Plaza, which can feel a bit tight and crowded when it comes to parking since it's a busy area, but the cakes are absolutely worth the stop. It seems more like a grab-and-go shop -- I don't recall there being much seating inside. As for the bundt cakes themselves -- they're perfectly sweet, super moist, and the signature frosting is delicious without that cheap, pasty taste you sometimes get elsewhere. It complements the bundt cake instead of overpowering it and practically melts in your mouth. Sorry I don't have more pictures -- we ate them way too fast and didn't get a chance to take more snapshots! Even though bundt cakes aren't my usual go-to dessert, this is still a place I'd confidently recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth. I really appreciate the steps she took to resolve everything. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this location and honestly shocked at how poorly this situation was handled. I placed and paid $130.83 for a delivery order of Custom Bundtinis for Easter weekend. Originally, my order was scheduled to be delivered April 5 between 10:00-10:30 AM, but I received a call saying the store would be closed and had to reschedule my delivery for the day before. That was already inconvenient, but I worked around it. Later that same day, the store called again asking when I would be picking up my order--even though I had already paid for delivery. After I explained this, I was told they would check on it. I then received confirmation that an Uber driver was supposedly delivering my order. The cakes never arrived. The "delivery confirmation" photo I received showed only the side of a car and someone's shoes--no cakes at all. By the time I realized what had happened, the store was already closed, and I was left with no desserts for Easter after spending over $130. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of response afterward. I contacted the store and followed up multiple times but have not received any reply. Corporate customer care confirmed only the local bakery can process the refund, yet I still haven't heard from anyone at the location. This whole experience has been incredibly upsetting and stressful, especially right before a holiday when I was depending on this order. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and accountability afterward has made this situation much worse. At this point I am still waiting for confirmation that my refund is being processed. I truly hope management takes this seriously and makes it right, because no customer should be treated this way.

This location has been in the same spot - upstairs next to Sears - since the mall opened! The smell just gets you every single time! My family usually likes to take home a 6 pack whenever we visit the mall and eat them over the course of a week or so. Cinnabon is usually too sweet for me so it's rare that I eat more than half of one whenever we buy them as they are definitely a sugar overload, but beloved for obvious reasons. They offer a new Reese's lineup, Topped Buns, frozen drinks and even Churros and Cookie Sandwiches. Staff is nothing special - they are usually approachable, but nothing over the top friendly. Service is usually pretty quick too and there is never not a line even as the pricing has gone up some over the years. I'm sure we'll be back again next time we visit the mall. We ordered a 6pack to-go with extra frosting and received a FREE bag of the New cinnasweeties, which are basically cinnamon sugar donut holes, for the kids. The lines move quick as the multiple employees are working hard to crank out more delicious treats for customers with multiple registers open. The ambience is a quick service, pick up only with no seating. You can walk a few stores down for seating at the food court if you prefer. We took ours to go as we were done shopping and leaving the mall and heading home. I always make sure to pick up cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon whenever I visit a mall, and you should too.

Receipt shows no tax added. Pinkberry needs to work on their POS system to ensure accurate pricing or fix their displays. Pinkberry corporate needs to their stuff straight otherwise it's confusing for the workers AND customers. If it's truly $6.99, then print that out on the wall menu. Ensure that the correct price is visible. Put painter's tape, cover the wrong price, and write over it with a marker. And it's not supposed to be $6.99, then fix your POS system. It's the principle, it's not about the 50 cents. Maybe the company will use the 50 cents it grabbed from me to get the receipt machine to print properly. Again, the workers here did nothing wrong. Pinkberry needs to do better as a company. Check on your stores and systems and make sure everything is accurate and up to date.

I have the audacity/gall:nerve to slam the cup so that the yogurt settles and I can get more in. Whatever sugars I was trying to preserve will be at the bottom of the cup. The top of the cup is not sugar free, nope! I will have a fit of conscience and put a strawberry slice or two on top and crash again and add popping boba. They're pretty, but not sugar free. I look longingly at the heath bar pieces , ores cookies, and Reese's peanut butter cups...but my aesthetic kicks in and they don't make it into the cup. I am not surprised when whatever weight comes up and whatever price is announced. I tell myself it could have been worse. I could have gotten into the caramel and chocolate sauce. I could have listened to the gummi worms and cookie dough pieces, but I didn't. I pay the price and get my green spoon and off I go.

It is always busy with lots of customers coming and going. So that equals waiting. But if I am driving to or from Sacramento on Highway 50 I can take the Zinfandel exit in Rancho Cordova and literally be at a much less crowded Crumbl store in minutes. I have been here many times now and the service is always excellent, the shop is clean and inviting, and there is plenty of parking. Best of all, I have my choice of the same, wonderful and delicious cookies as the Folsom location. And... there is never a wait! So all you Folsom and El Dorado Hills peeps traveling up and down Highway 50 corridor... know that if you want a quick Crumbl Cookie fix without a long wait... head on over to the RC location. We also got the Dubai chocolate cookie sandwich with the thin cookies, and that was one of the best cookies I've ever had in my life. If Crumbl keeps making the thin cookies, I will come more often. It would be nice if they offered both at the same time - like 3 flavors in thin-style and 3 in cakey-style because I know other people prefer their original style.
